This was an absolutely perfect place to stay. It was just a few minute drive to Sonoma Center. Great amenities with a fabulous porch and hot tub. Bathrobes, fully stocked bathrooms and more kitchen appliances than you could ever need. We even got a complimentary bottle of wine! Very easy reservation and payment system. We had a fabulous time and wished we would never leave!

We greatly appreciated this vacation rental. The location is very good, very close from Sonoma Center. Everything was perfect, even better than what we expected. Making the arrangements for the rental was easy and the owner very nice and accommodating. I warmly recommend booking there.

We had a great getaway from the hussle and bussle. The house is at the end of a peaceful street, surrounded by green. It really felt like a getaway even though it is in the middle of Sonoma. The house feels like home - everything you need in the kitchen is there and the art is personal. Nice to have a whole house for the price of a hotel room. Whatever you do, make sure you take a walk to the Michoacana ice cream store at the start of the block. Killer, home made Mexican ice cream like I've never had before. We went to the spa at the Sonoma Mission Inn, which is in walking distance from the house, for the day. Ahh.

Thanks for the nice review! It is great to know that if you take a class, like yoga at the Sonoma Mission Inn Fairmont, which is just down the street, that you can use the spa for free all day! What a deal.

From the first moment when we were greeted by your lovely hostess we felt right at home! Many little touches made it clear that you wanted us to enjoy our stay. The kids loved finding games in the cabinets and we all loved your dishes. Little things left by other guests seemed to say "welcome". The trees surrounding the house made us feel secluded in a forrest and the neighborhood was indeed peaceful. The kids loved walking down to the fruit stand and the ice cream shop...many times! We used your washer and dryer and left with everything clean, which was a big help. We ate on the back patio most of the time and put the boys in the separate room off the lower patio which they loved! My favorite thing was picking a lemon off a branch in front of the kitchen window and using it in my tea...quite a treat for a girl from Chicago! Even the kids hated leaving! We'd like to come back...without them! Thanks for opening your home to us. We definately felt we were staying with friends!

Wilmslow, Cheshire, UKLovely quiet cottage, close to Sonoma
Left on 06/07/2011 for a stay in March 2011
Stayed here with my lad (18) and daughter (15). As previously mentioned, this is effectively a 3-bedroom, with an entirely separate building as Bed #3, ideal to "lose" one child in...
Property is a 30-minute walk to the Plaza along the cycle path for most of the way and close to the Fruit Stand, Barking Dog Cafe and Sonoma Mission Inn. There are outdoor sitting areas to the front and rear of the property, made private by bamboo fencing.
For most of the wineries in the area, you would need a car, but since we had all previously lived in the area for many years, we didn't bother with a rental and managed just fine.
We would definitely stay here again.Response from Judy Kranzler - 06/14/2011

This is a wonderful place. You feel like home from the moment you get there. My girlfriend and I took her parents and sister there for new years. We really liked that one of the bedrooms is in a stand alone building.
