Casa Graziella A is a cozy apartment. It sleeps six people. From Casa Graziella A you will enjoy a view of the surrounding ancient alleys. Casa Graziella A is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.

Casa Graziella A is located on the third floor. You will reach it from the main ent...rance of the building by way of an elevator.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Graziella A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers.

The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 2.70 meters (8.8 feet) at its highest point and of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has two double-glazed windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

  A perfect apartment in a perfect location

  We rented both the Casa Graziella a and Casa Graziella C apartments through www.summerinitaly.com and were totally pleased with the service from both. The manager was very helpful and the apartments were beautiful. The terrace outside the livingroom of Graziella a is just as large as it appears in the pictures on the website and we all spent a great deal of time there.
  There is a small elevator which opened up just outside the door of our apartment, very conveniently, and the front lobby opened to outdoor tables of the next door restaurant, La Lanterna Due, a delightfulplace to eat.
  The apartments are located on a narrow little street, too narrow for vehicles to enter, within walking sidtance of everthing. There was lots of shopping on the streets all around, great restaurants, little piazzas, and a short walk to the beach.
  We hope to return to Sorrento next years and to rent this property again. I can't imagine finding anything better.
