Casa Graziella D is a charming apartment located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps six people. From Casa Graziella D you will enjoy a view of the surrounding ancient alleys. Casa Graziella D is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.

Casa Graziella D is located on the first floor. You will reach... it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Graziella D. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The furnishings of the second living room include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster.

The first bedroom is located on the mezzanine level that overlooks the second living room. You will be able to enter it from the corridor going up a spiral staircase. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).

It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from a corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

  Excellent location in the heart of old town near to shops and restaurants.
  Apartment is spacious and well equipped, spotless clean. We liked the balcony bedrooms.
  There's some noise from the below restaurant but it didn't disturb us. We even liked the church bells 'wake-up call' in the morning.
  Summer in Italy staff was very professional and prompt in our communication.

  The lovely Casa Graziella D in Sorrento

  My two friends and I couldn't be happier with our stay at Casa Graziella. We were absolutely delighted with the villa, which is very centrally located in Sorrento, a very short walk into the town centre. The owner, Mrs Daniela, was there to meet us personally, even though we arrived late in the evening, and she was extremely helpful to us.
  The villa is tastefully furnished and very spacious, with everything we needed for our week's stay. There is a small, well-fitted kitchen and two very nice bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. There is a metal spiral staircase linking the two floor levels, which might well prove to be difficult to access for anyone with mobility problems.
  There are lots of restaurants close by, and many lovely shops.
  We booked the villa through Summer In Italy, who were simply wonderful and helpful, and the three of us agreed that we wouldn't hesitate in booking another holiday with them and would recommend them to all our friends and colleagues.

  We loved staying at Casa Graziella D! It's central location in historic Sorrento was perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equiped, and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was a very welcome relief from the July heat. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Personnel were very friendly and accommodating.

  This great rental started with a very well planned website, giving plenty of information and pictures.
  After we have decided to rent this flat, we received the best service ever from Summer in Italy. All documents were well detailed and organized.
  
  On arrival we received a very warm welcome and a perfectly clean flat. All you need is in the flat and a cleaning lady will come once during the week.
  
  The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the bus and train station and 10 minutes down the stairs to the port.
  
  We liked the flat very much . The only downside is the fact that the bedrooms are on a mezzanine level and are open to the living room on and the entrance hall. It leaves only limited privacy.
  
  Beside that fact, it is a perfect choice.
