This apartment is very well located, train station, restaurants and sea shore are nearby. The place is modern, quiet and clean. The 3 side balcony add to the overall charm. I will go back there for sure on my next visit to Sorrento.

The apartment is modern, on the 4th floor (with elevator) and located on a main road. Next door, there is a deli that sells hand-made fresh pasta, we got our dinner there twice, it's great! There is also a butcher's nearby that we also went to twice and many other small grocery stores.
The apartment is conveniently located; 10 minutes walk from the main thoroughfare (Corso Italia) and the train/bus station. Buses or a lift will take you down to the marina area (where you get the ferries).
The kitchen has no toaster but we didn't mind as we ate fresh bread. There is a kettle and we found that we had everything we needed to eat in. Note, the hob has 4 gas burners but no oven. Again, this was ok for us as we used the microwave grill to grill meat.
The sofa and the bed are both super comfortable. You can see the sea from the large balcony which also has a table and seating. The shower is small but does what you need it to do. The bathroom is modern and there is a lovely big sink.
The welcome pack of breakfast goodies was a thoughtful touch!
We would recommend this place for those looking for a conveniently located home from home while in Sorrento! -

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family. Liana herself allowed us to check in early, she was absolutely lovely and offered plenty of information to help us with our stay. The apartment itself is just like the photos - modern, clean and comfortable. The balcony was well used throughout the week - definitely a highlight with great views, and a good position to watch the world go by, The location is ideal as its only 5 minutes walk from the main Corso Italia and main Squares. The week was really hot and so we were very relieved to be able to pop back for an hour or two to cool down, without having to wait for public transport. We didnt do any cooking in the apartment, but the fridge is large and the kitchen seemed well equipped. We booked through Villatorent and this was hassle-free. Bruno was very helpful prior to our arrival, so I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company, and should I return to Italy, I will definitely know where to start. A very enjoyable stay.

We stayed in Liana 1 apr and it is a very nice clean apartment with good sized balcony and lovely views and is very central location for Piazza Tasso, Bus/rail station and plenty shops & restaurants close by but as the apt is on a main road and the bedroom to the front it can be extremely noisy which is probably the price to pay for the location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but felt that there could have been some more thought put into the equipment provided within the apt especially in relation to the rental price paid.
Whilst we did eat out mostly, there is no main oven only a table top oven/grill which was extremely slow and inconvenient especially for making toast and limited what we could have made. A microwave and toaster would have been appreciated also there was only 1 plug point where the kettle and oven could be plugged in therefore it was one or the other which had to be used at a time.
As we are not "beach lovers" I asked the agent prior to our stay if there were sun loungers on the balcony which he advised there were, but we were disappointed to find that there was only a 2 seater wicker sofa and on a smaller balcony 2 wicker chairs and a table. The balcony is large enough to accommodate loungers and whilst we did spend a lot of time people watching, it would have been nice to have the option of stretching out in the sun for a while - we did buy foam beach mattresses to allow us to appreciate the sun in a bit more comfort.
On the plus side, an additional set of bedding and towels were provided which is rare in rented accommodation.
We would definately consider going back to this apt but would hope that the owners would consider adding the additional equipment.
On our first morning we found that the kettle switched off a few seconds after switchin on - contacted Liana and a new kettle was waiting for us when we got back to the apt later that morning.

We loved this apartment, which was conveniently located and comfortable. One of the larger apartments we stayed in on our trip, we were able to spread out. It was also quite light. The couch on the balcony was very comfortable, and the restaurants recommended were terrific.

Tiverton, DevonGreat Family - Nice apartment
Left on 03/14/2011 for a stay in February 2011
Italy has a bit of a reputation for ripping-off tourists, especially main resorts like Sorrento, but the family running the Villa angiolina and these apartments are warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and Liana was very helpful throughout.
We actually stayed in the 3-bed apartment and found it much like the photos on the website, with lots of arty touches. The beds (one Queen-size and two singles) in the two main bedrooms were firm but very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Only minor quibble was lack of an obvious socket to use the kettle!
Location was just off the centre, 5-10 minutes walk away, as was the train and bus station. Within two minutes, were good local shops with bars, take-away pizza, butcher, bread/pastries & greengrocer. Main supermarket was eight minutes walk away on Corso Italia. The port (for ferries to Capri, etc) would take 15-20 minutes down a very steep hill, but we paid 10 euros for a taxi each way to save the pain. -

We stayed at Casa Liana and loved it! My parents and my 4 year old child were with me. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Upon arrival, Ms. Liana was terrific. She showed us the map and gave us information about the area and left us with lots of snacks and fruit, which we thoroughly enjoyed after our trip to get to Sorrento. Sorrento is a very nice city with lots of restaurants and a great base for exploring the area! I would love to come back and would stay here again.
