If a good location is one of the key points you're searching for in an apartment in Sorrento, this accommodation is sure to win bonus points! Within walking distance to the main square of Sorrento, this Amafli Coast vacation rental is near shops, restaurants, and the beach! This doesn't mean that you'll have to worry about hearing all the excitement of the town when you're trying to relax at home, for this apartment in Sorrento is set in a quiet area surrounded by tall trees and a garden.

This apartment is part of a residence. Within the shared garden are colorful plants, trees, and a covered patio with a large table and chairs. There i...s also a shared swimming pool [40m2], which is surrounded by lounge chairs. Parking is available within a private car park.

[65m2] Ground floor: The living room has a couch, armchairs, TV [local channels only], dining table with chairs, and access to the patio. The kitchen corner is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and toaster. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and hydro massage shower.

The main square of Sorrento, the Piazza Tasso, is only 450 meters from the apartment, where as the harbor, the beach, and the center of town are still less than kilometer away! Here you’ll find a museum, music festivals from mid-September to mid-October, and various art galleries open throughout the year. Shoppers, be sure to stop by Via S. Cesaero in the center of Sorrento to buy or browse craft stores, sweet shops, and clothing boutiques. Keep in mind that every Tuesday is the weekly street market. There are also cinemas, wine bars, and even a bowling alley to amuse you during your visit. Amalfi is a town that dates back to the 6th century and was once an important trading center with historical and medieval architecture throughout the town. The main sites include the Duomo, in Amalfi's center, the cathedral of Sant' Andrea, which dates back to the 11th century, and the Cloister of Paradise. There is also a museum dedicated to the works of Morelli and a museum where you can view artifacts of Amalfi's long and interesting history. For day trips, make sure to see the chic coast town of Positano, the ruins of Pompei, and the culturally significant city of Naples.

  Overall I was pleased with the property and would stay there again!
  
  The property was well maintained and the grounds were well kept. The location is excellent and is within walking distance to the city center, the Port, and the train station. There is a market at the end of the street for groceries. No car is needed at the property. The pool was very nice. The unit is air conditioned which is a plus.
  
  Sorrento is an awesome city to stay in. It is centrally located to Amalfi, Positano and Ravello. Boats leave from the port to visit Capri. Trains depart regularly throughout the day for Pompeii.

  Very good location with all the amenities of a hotel pool and air conditioning.
  
  The owner was very cordial and cooked two dinners for all the guests of the various villas on the property.
  
  Driving directions getting to the villa were difficult, and the signage in most of Sorrento is poor because most street signs, when they are available are on the sides of the corner building.
