This villa is located on the hillside of Sorrento area between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno.
Upon entering this villa on the ground floor you will find an elegantly furnished living area decorated in a classic style with the feature of a fireplace. The dining area offers large dining tables and direct access to the garden.
For entertainment you will find satellite TV, DVD player, video player as well as a music CD collection and CD player. Furthermore you will find an iPod docking station. For the musical talents of the family a piano is available at this villa.
Next to the living room you will find 2 large well equipped... kitchens with a wood burning pizza oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and anything else you might need to prepare a wonderful dinner.
Furthermore on the ground floor you will find a laundry room with washing machine (can only be used in the morning from 8am to 12pm) as well as four bathrooms.
A lift leads the way to the upper floors of this villa.
On the first floor you will find 7 beautifully furnished bedrooms which can all be either twin or double bedrooms. Each bedroom has the luxury of an en suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath.
On the second floor you will find further 3 twin/double bedrooms all with an en suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath.
On the third floor of this villa you will find a large bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. This bedroom also has the luxury of access to a private terrace with a Jacuzzi hot tub and amazing views of the sea.
All bedrooms of this villa have the luxury of a private terrace or balcony equipped with tables and chairs overlooking either the garden or the sea as well as the luxury of a TV, mini fridge, telephone and safety deposit box.
Five of the 11 bedrooms also feature a small living area with a double sofa bed making these bedrooms ideal family rooms.
This villa also offers a wireless internet connection and both beach and pool towels are provided.
Moving to the outside of the villa the 22000 sqm external area offers a beautiful garden for you to have a relaxing stroll. The large swimming pool (8m x 12m) with hydro massage is surrounded by a patio and grassed area equipped with plenty of sun loungers for you to enjoy a day in the sun. For the more active guests you have the free use of the tennis court located at this villa.
Also available are plenty of outdoor parking spaces as well as a helipad.
