Iva is a pretty apartment situated in a fantastic elevated position above the little town of Massa Lubrense with wonderful views of the sea and the little port of Marina della Lobra below. The apartment is spacious with a light and airy interior and opens onto its own lovely terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbeque, perfect for dining al fresco whilst enjoying the amazing panorama of the azure sea below.

Apartment Iva is perched on the hillside therefore ensuring wonderful views of the sea and coastline beyond. Reached by pathways and some steps about 200m walk from th...e nearest public parking, the apartment is all on one level. It consists of a comfortable living room with settee, armchair, satellite television, fan, dining table and chairs, kitchen, double bedroom with fan and ensuite shower room, twin bedroom (can convert to a double on request) and a second shower room. Both the double bedroom and the living room open onto a balcony enjoying pretty sea views and at the entrance to the apartment (also accessed from the twin bedroom) is a lovely terrace furnished with table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbeque, perfect for dining al fresco whilst enjoying the fantastic panorama.

The picturesque little town of Massa Lubrense is just 2 kms away and has a good selection of amenities including local shops, bars and restaurants. The larger and more cosmopolitan town of Sorrento is only 7km away and well worth a visit. It?s a joy too to discover the lovely beaches and bays in the area. The nearest is Marina della Lobra, the little harbour of Massa Lubrense, which has a stone beach and in the summer boats trips along the coast or to the islands usually leave from here. Equally pretty is Marina di Puolo situated a little further along the coast towards Sorrento and enjoying a gorgeous view towards the bay of Naples with Mount Vesuvius in the distance.

It?s no surprise that this wonderful area inspired writers and composers such as Goethe and Wagner, as well as stars of Italian cinema all awed with its beauty. There are no end of lovely places to visit nearby, whitewashed towns such as Positano and Amalfi built loftily on the hillsides looking down towards the clear blue sea are close by or venture further afield to the archeological sites of Pompeii and Ercolano, or the volcano Vesuvius.

The cuisine in this area is superb, lazily shop for the local produce and excellent fresh fish, to then dine alfresco on your own terrace, or try out one of the selection of local restaurants.
