As one of the few villas along the gulf of Nerano with easy access to the sea, this holiday villa is something pretty special. Featuring a private staircase with steps leading down to a pebble beach, you and your large group can enjoy the sea whenever you’d like while staying at this self-catering accommodation in Italy. Great views, elegant furnishings, and a location near town will give you that great vacation you’ve been dreaming of.
The gulf of Nerano is one of the few places along the Amalfi Coast that has easy access to the sea, and Villa FelicitĂ lies inside a residential area that l...ooks straight onto the sea. The villa has undergone a recent renovation that has completely changed its original look, with architectural modifications of high prestige and elegant furnishings of exceptional quality, thus becoming one of the most important villas on the coast. The floors and bathrooms have all been done with prestigious Vietri ceramics. From the living-room on the ground floor you go straight out onto the large terrace looking onto the sea where there is a large swimming-pool with hydro-massage, and going down a private flight of steps (128 steps), you come to the pebble beach. The terraces have relaxation areas with outdoor furniture and tables for dining outside. The price includes a daily cleaning service six days a week, and on request they can organise a cooking service, with details to be agreed on the premises. In the little village of Nerano and along the coast towards Massa Lubrense, you will find excellent restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Private parking for 3/4 cars.

This villa is located in the small village of Nerano where you will find some excellent restaurants. A lovely town not far from the property is Sorrento, which is filled with life, good food, and great shopping. Interesting sights include the 10th century Basilica di San Antonio and the 11the century Cathedral.. Saint Anthony is the patron of navigators, and sailors have made thousands of votive offerings at his tomb in the crypt. The 11th century Cathedral is also beautiful, housing some frescoes and a bell tower with a ceramic clock. The cloisters of Saint Francis are interesting because they have been "restored" many times over the centuries, resulting in an impressive display of architectural styles from late gothic to the renaissance. The "Sorrento Summer of Music" is also held at the cloisters, every year from July to September, and features international musicians performing alongside of emerging musical talents. Great day trip destinations include Positano, Amalfi, and Naples.

Very clean, bright, and nicely appointed. Beautiful view, cool air, great kitchen. Thee housekeeper and property manager were both very attentive to detail and helpful. The housekeeper is a terrific cook, and we booked her services twice.
One of the few beaches on the coast. Beautiful sea breezes.
In a word Spectactular!! The property was the most amazing well furbished, well appointed, and well located of all the many vacation properties that we have ever stayed in.
The furnishings, appointments and location of the property were beyond description and well beyond our fondest expectations. The entire villa was tiled with very attractive ceramic tiles with each room or area having it's own decor. A full-time delightful maid/caretaker, Mimma, was included in the rental price, and she kept the property in pristine condition and prepared our eat-in meals. The villa has an awesome view of the bay of Nerano and an easiily accessable staircase path to the beach. It is located above a delightful cove called Cantona Del Mare which had several first class restaurants including the 5-star El Capitan. Boat services to Capri, Sorento, Amalfi and Positano was convenient, easily available and very reasonablly priced.
While prisine and very well appointed the bath showers for the most part were small by US standards.
The cove and peninsula surrounding Nerano was very scenic and being in close proximity to Capri, Amalfi and Positano was very special.
