Tasteful villa, recently renovated, of 180 sq. metres located in Sorrento centre, in a residential area and nearby the most exclusive hotels in the peninsula. Shops, bars, boutiques, the characteristical narrow alleyways of the historical centre, restaurants, Saint Francis's cloister where concerts and exhibitions are held... everything is close at hand.

Surrounded by an equipped 500 sq. m. garden and not far from the beach, it is ideal for people who love tranquillity and at the same time the closeness to other exclusive resorts such as the Island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi accessible by sea or by car. The sea with its the port with fast hydrofoils for excursions is at 5 minutes walking, railway station at 600 metres. Bus stop near the villa. Car parking at 400 metres. Access to the beach and to the historical "Villa Comunale", the city old public garden with rare trees which overlooks a stunning sea view over the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.

FIRST FLOOR: 4 double bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, hairdryers and satellite TVs (3 with shower, 1 with Jacuzzi), two of the bedrooms have direct access to the 20 sq. m. terrace. Possibility to add a single sofa bed in 1 bedroom. You can reach the First Floor of the villa by lift or by an external stair.

The terraces are equipped with table and chairs. A partial sea view can be admired from two terraces; wood-fired oven. Laundry room. Mini bars and safety boxes in all bedrooms. Sleeps 10.
