Description
The villa is a gorgeous property immersed in the Mediterranean colours of this world-known stretch of Coast. Situated in a strategic position, in the centre of the Sorrento Coast, it is the perfect destination for a peaceful and unforgettable stay.
The property is about 5 kilometres to the Sorrento main square and main beach.
The prices on the site are for the rental of the entire villa, you can also ask to rent a single suite with bathroom, however please contact the management to know prices and offers.
The Villa has a particular architecture and is divided on 2 levels immersed in wide perfumed gardens and very panoramic terraces. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, wide livingroom with a fireplace, kitchen, 1 wide terrace with spectacular sea-view, and Vesuvio view, a panoramic garden and a spacious solarium.
You will enter in a large livingroom furnished with sofa, one sofabed, a television, a DVD player, a fireplace and a large window open to the sunny and panoramic terrace. The window gives light and air to the room and offers the possibility to enjoy the amazing view even from the sofas.
From here you can reach the kitchen and a little toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, freezer, fridge, dish washer, washing machine.
The terrace is of about 100 sm furnished with deck chairs for unforgettable moments, sunbathing or enjoying a lovely local wine and with large outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue.
Both the terrace and the solarium have a fantastic view over the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.
This level has central heating and free Internet Wireless Connection.
In the main house on the first floor is the master bedroom with panoramic terrace , where you can enjoy a rich breakfast as intimate. Adjacent to the bedroom is set up a small private spa consists of the gym with fitness equipment , bathroom with tub and stereo unit that overlooks a private garden, specifically designed for relaxation and privacy needed after bio-sauna.
The second bedroom consists of a double bedroom with a vaulted typical Sorrentine, and apart from a room with 2 single beds and bathroom with large shower. Both rooms open onto a covered terrace adjacent to the garden. This apartment also has a rooftop patio with sitting area where you can read, meditate
The view is simply wonderful and the villa itself is tastefully furnished and offers any type of comforts.

The Villa about 5 minutes walk from Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, a small a small village, where you can find many shops, supermarkets,restaurants, pharmacy, fishmonger, butcher, etc.etcIn this area the air is perfumed and you will enjoy relax and peace. We are sure you will nevere forget the sunsets, the colours, the flavours and the perfums of this angle of Paradise!
The villa is in a strategic position that will allow you to easily reach the most beautiful destinations in Campania, Positano, Capri, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples
You can easily park it in the private garage of the villa. Anyway the stop of the local bus is 100 metres to the villa’s entrance gate.
The Villa is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in one of the most beautiful places of the world, accommodating in a cozy and spacious villa far to the busy centre.
