we are located down the street from super super liquor store and the bank of santa cruz is on the corner, down that same street is all the restaurants/bars.
We are 10-15 mins walk to everything included 3 beautiful beaches!!
we are 15 mins from the puerta plata airport

These condos are 5 minutes walk to the beach.
They are 100% secure, with a friendly guard at the gate at all hours.
Our kitchen had all the tools needed to cook up anything.
The place was exactly how the pictures show. The bed was comfortable & we experienced no nasty surprises.
The pool was clean everyday & there was a lovely lady who washed our clothes for a small fee.
Internet, TV cable, big drinking water supply on arrival, clean sheets/ towels etc. all made for an easy transition.
Susan & her team of friendly staff made our stay so much more than just a relaxing break. She shared the history of the area & gave priceless advice on where to go to experience the 'real' side of the Dominican Republic.
Great place & great price! Will return soon! -

From the moment I was greeted by Susan I felt welcome and safe since this was my first trip to the DR. Susan gave me a quick tour of the area of interest in Sosua and then took me to the local market for shopping before arriving at my condo. Everything was clean and fresh for my stay. I normally do not like ground floor because you hear all the traffic, but this complex is very quiet and peaceful. Great pool and the facilities are in great shape. My only negative would be the lack of air conditioning although there is a unit in the bedroom, but it was not sufficient. Also, I found out I cannot leave anything out unwashed because the ants will make a beeline to that food source quickly. And having to go across the street to throw away your trash can be in convenient. But, I think over all very good and worth the value.

I stayed at the Garden Condos, and it is a well kept condo.. very clean, and very close to everything in Sosua. I made reservations with Susan Leach, and she offered airport pick up for an additional fee, and took me to exchange money, and to the grocery store. The condo was very clean, and it had everything I needed. My only problem was the first two days I had to sometimes take a shower with really hot water, since the maintance man was not there over the weekend to fix the hot water heater. He fixed it that Monday, and everything was much better. The condo is close to the main strip, but quiet enough that you can have a good night sleep. I also recommend eating at mofongo's. It is right around the corner from the condo, and the prices there are very reasonable!! The laundry service at the condo is good, and she managed to give me back my clothes in less then 3 hours from when I dropped them off. I look foward to booking another trip, and staying at the Garden Condos.

We joined our best friends this past winter for a month. They were staying at Garden Condos, Sosua and we really did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The complex is gorgeous with a large pool and tropical gardens. The Staff were all very helpful. The apartment well equipped and cute with it's decor. Not only did we have a marvellous time and met many new friends, we are all hoping to meet up again this winter.
