The condo is in a gated community located a couple of miles west of Sosua and about 4 miles east of Cabarete. Right next door to Sea Horse Ranch. A beautiful sight to see the horses out and about as you entering the road leading to the condominium. A very secure and private residence. The condo has a spectacular view of the ocean. Only a few feets away from the beach or pool. Convenient outdoor showers are availble to wash away the sand of your body as you exit the beach.Only a couple of miles away from the town of Sosua. A town with a jumping night life, plenty of bars, clubs, a casino, supermarkets, and restaurants. The condo is also located near Cabarete, a town world famous for windsurfing and other watersports with plenty of great restaurants and clubs. Other nearby attractions: Monkey Jungle, Ocean World, Teleferico, Museo del Amber, Rancho Montana, Fun city, Sosua Beach, and Fort San Felipo. Parking is available at the Condo.
