From the moment I arrived at Residencial Casa Linda, It felt comfortable and quickly allowed me to find my relaxation place. All of the staff were great; Edwin in the office, Jose at the Guard house as well as the Jardinero, and cleaning woman who were all as hospitable as if I were in a 5 star hotel. The villa was immaculate, and I didn't have any problems despite my own errors in turning the hot water heater on (quickly resolved by one of the staff). This villa is set far away from the main road, so it is very easy to decompress and enjoy your vacation! Rcl is highly recommended!!!

I really loved it! Went there for 4 nights and it was unbelievable. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get. The service is real good. There's a security guard in almost every corner so you don't have to worry about any intruders. Staff always cleaned the pool and house every morning while we were sleeping and nothing went missing. It was just great and I wish on going there again as soon as possible.

My stay was good until it was time to check out to go home. She try to say that I broke two wine glass and she his holding my $100.00 dollar deposit. I informed her that we did not broke any glass and the fact is those glass was missing in the frist place. She have me sit there for 20 minutes while I was late to get my flight and finally she said I could go without taking my money. I didn't like that I think there is a better way to do this, there was no evidence of broken glass yet she saying I broke the glass, next time I will try another place. I forgot, lights went out twice in one day for half of the day and all two back up generator fail, we couldn't take a shower that was not good even those we got a 5% discount that could stay.

I am spoiled. Whenever I take a trip to the Dominican Republic, Casa Linda is where I will always stay. Its like being at home away from home. The only thing missing was a king-sized bed. Lol!!! Thats what I had at the last house I stayed in. I believe it was villa #---, I forgot. But it was a three bedroom with a king-sized bed.

Stayed at Casa Linda in Feb 2011 qnd returned Dec 2011. Villas are very nice and private security is excellant. The staff was friendly. Prices are reasonable. Another great overall stay. I will be returning in about 6 months.
