This is my third time staying at Casa Linda and it never disappoints me. The service is awesome. The staff really makes you feel comfortable and handles whatever issues you may have. The place landscaping is beautiful and the security makes you feel secure. The atmosphere is just set for relaxation. One of the things I love is having my own private pool. To walk out of my room straight to a pool in the tropical weather of Dominican Republic is something out of a magazine. Casa Linda is one of the best places I've ever vacationed.

Loved the accommodations and lay out of the unit. Nice size, very spacious and clean. Good amenities, location and liked the pool. However, we didn't have hot water till day 3 of our stay. Should have had hot water to begin with. Didn't have functional wireless internet until day 2 of our stay. Maintenance was also making unit repairs at the beginning of our stay. These things should have been handled before hand.

the villa is picturesque! and every time you step out into the pool area you almost have to pinch yourself to believe you get to call this place home for a week! it was great to be able to share a space with all my friends yet have my own "suite" where i could get away from everything. in fairness i have to mention the hot water situation. I'm not sure what can be done, but coming from home, where you take it for granted, not having it is no small issue. we dealt with it, but this is a luxury villa! hot water should not be a luxury in a setting such as this.
looking at the how would you rate section, I give 3 stars on location as the surrounding areas are under construction. same for service as I didn't enjoy cleaning the grill or dishes for that matter. -

Place was great and convenient. I like the privacy if our own and with such a large group its not a typical hotel set up. The thing i was most impressed was tge security. I wished there was direct tv but overall a great stay

The villa was beautiful, great accomodations the only inconvenient was with the check out service since it seems the inventory was not updated to what was in the kitchen and the maids had something different to what we had, i will advice to follow the same steps once the customer are doing the check in even though it takes a little bit of time so all can be on the same page, at the same time i suggest the maids to receive some type of training on customer service since Jocelyn who was the person checking the villa was not really a people person. Besides that little incident service was good. Thank you.

The house is wonderful...wonderful...wonderful! We rented two Ultima villas and everyone wanted to hang out at villa 631. It has the feel of being at home yet you are on vacation. There are two things that could be better. The lighting in the bathrooms. And the main room does not have a a/C units (just fans) It really needs to have a a/C unit as the day reachs 3:00 pm. The kitchen can get hot if you really do a lot of cooking (which we did make a few large meals) But don't let these short comings stop the fun this villa is the one you should get if you want everyone to have their own space but yet have space for everyone to join in the fun as one
