Stay at our nicely furnished - painted in Caribbean style - superb decorated and very well maintained private 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa which lies right besides the private bird park.

This luxurious holiday villa offers a fully equipped open plan kitchen from Mahogany wood with many amenities, like toaster, blender, 'Sharp' microwave oven, juicer, fridge, coffee maker, cook ware, cutlery, glasses and dishes. Indoor Dining area set for 4 plus American Breakfast Bar.

The spacious comfortable dining / living room with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, sitting areas, radio/CD player and 32' LED Flat Screen Cable TV opens up to an outd...oor dining area with splendid views to the well-groomed garden and private fully tiled swimming-pool.

Large Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, night tables, sofa, side tables, ceiling fan, air conditioning, Cable TV. Ample walk-in-closet with mirror, electric hot water heater, safe deposit box, iron and ironing board.

Second bedroom: Queen size bed, night tables, side tables, sofa bed/futon, floor to ceiling closet, mirror, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, air conditioning. Both tiled en-suite bathrooms with vaulted ceilings, double sinks, non-slip tiles, shelves, mirrors, toilet and shower. Both bedrooms with black out curtains.

Garden with many tropical fruits: passion fruit, oranges, bananas, plantains, cherries, guava, papaya, further Almond trees, different kinds of palm trees and coconut palm trees.

Have a delicious BBQ (charcoal) on the generous, partly covered terrace with dining area set for 6. Small guest bathroom with shower next to pool.

Relax in the newly tiled private swimming pool, take a stroll down town, plan a lazy day at the beach and watch the sun set.

This 2 bedroom villa with carport and 1 private parking space is located about 12 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to the center and beaches of Sosua, less than 15 minutes from the International Airport of Puerto Plata, about 12 minutes drive to the famous Kite-Surf-Beach of Cabarete And: You are only minutes away from the Monkey Jungle, Zip Lining, Surfing, Kiting, Golf, Mini Golf, Snorkeling and Diving!
This small town was actually founded in 1944 by Jewish immigrants. In 1985, my first vacation here, Sosua was still a laid back, sleepy little town. Today it offers nice hotels, B&Bs;, Casinos, superb seafood and International cuisine restaurants, water parks, museum, art galleries and of course night life. Here you find everything from German butchers, bakeries to Italian, Mexican and Thai restaurants. A place which offers a very special vacation to everybody ! If you do plan a lazy / relaxing day at one of the beaches or you do prefer water sports, Sosua just has it all. In approx. 10 minutes drive is the famous Cabarete Kite-Surf-Beach, Mini Golf. Who comes to Sosua once will come back!

  My family and I stayed 7 days in October 12 and are already planning our next trip to andrea's lovely vacation house! We enjoyed our breakfasts as well as a delicious BBQ on a few evening during our trip on the patio. The pool is more elegant then many of which we have seen in the states! It has mosaic tiles and pairs well with a tropical drink (or two!) in hand. Sosua beach is within walking distance or you can take a taxi if you'd like. We also loved visiting Cabarete for their restaurants and shopping- as well as the scenic skies filled with color and motions as wind surfers sailed about. This vacation home was the best deal for our money! It offered much more beyond a hotel room stay. We had the privacy, flexibility and a great opportunity to live in the Dominican Republic for a week! Of all the tours and attractions- the best was andrea's walk-through of her exotic bird park. I have never seen so many color variations of love birds! This is the only way to travel now! My only complaint was to have stayed longer--- but we will be back next year and renting this exact place again!
