This two-level house has been designed to enjoy outside areas also from the inside thanks to its oversized windows and glass walls, thus assuring stunning sea-views from practically every corner.

Located in the quiet & peaceful San Diego resort, a mere 2 km off the prestigious Sotogrande port & polo club. Proximity to the best golf courses in "Costa del Sol" (Valderrama, Finca Cortesin, Sotogrande) and to two pristine Mediterranean beaches (just 300 metres away), gua...rantees a relaxing experience in Southern Spain.

Ground floor is a gorgeous open & lofty space which comprises a sea-view fully equipped kitchen, dining room & living room with fire place. There is also a small guest-toilet close to the kitchen.

Ground floor is completed with two rooms: one designed as tv room & working space with direct access to the swimming pool area (it can be also used as sleeping room). The second room is a guest suite, with its own full bathroom and direct access to the garden area.

First floor has two independent suites, one at each side of a stylish stairway. Master-suite has been decorated with a combination of traditional Andalusian materials & etno-chick furniture. It includes a fully equipped master-bathroom & a 30 sqm-terrace with stunning views to the Mediterranean sea.

Similarly, the second suite also has its own bathroom and terrace overlooking Gibraltar Rock & the sea.

Property has a 10 x 5 metres pool fully integrated into the house, thus making you feel like touching the Mediterranean sea from the living room.

  The Casa Fina is a beautiful house with a big garden, swimmingpool and fantastic sea view. We felt very comfortable in this large house with all amenities you need for a perfect holiday stay. Furnishings and equipments are quite perfect, so we felt immediately like home resp. like visitors in the house of friends.
  The Casa Fina is easily reached from the airport malaga (45 min by car) and only 5 minutes to Sotogrande with great restaurants and outstanding golf places. The owner is very friendly and helpful, so there have been no problems with the leasing of the property. We will be surely next year again guests of the Casa Fina.

  Ideal for families and golf players

  The villa is very spacious and confortable, and in excellent condition. Big garden makes it ideal for families with small children like mine. It´s very close (3 minute drive) to Marina Sotogrande. Therefore, you may enjoy 3 of the best (if not the best) golf courses in continental Europe: Valderrama and Sotogrande beach (both within Sotogrande) and Finca Cortesín (in Casares village, about 15 min drive from the villa), home to the World Matchplay Championship. Marbella/Puerto Banús (to the East) and Tarifa beach (to the west, world's capital of wind and kite surf) are just 30-35 min away by car.
  I've rented a lot of villas in Costa del Sol in the last years and you won't find a better deal than this.
