This beautiful 6 bedroom Villa on Sotogrande Baye (Bay) is in the most exclusive part of Sotogrande, amongst the oldest and most elegant of the classic villas. The property lies within a gated community, but in its own lovely Mediterranean garden with private pool.

The home has five elegant double bedrooms and one office with a single bed, adjacent to the master bedroom, which would be ideal for a baby or child. Behind the kitchen is one additional double bedroom, with its own bathroom, usually used by staff or youngsters who don't mind sleeping behind the kitchen. This room is comfortable and welcoming, and the bath... is new and presentable. It also has a TV.

The other 5 bedrooms are all doubles. The master bedroom has a wardrobe, an ensuite modern bathroom, beautifully done, with a large bathtub and an extra walk-in shower. The yellow guest-room also has it's own bathroom with a tub and glass wall for use as a shower. The blue Bedroom's bathroom is across the corridor, again with a bathtub and a tub-shower. The last two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and tub shower There is an extra guest toilet in the entrance.

There is a TV in the living room and Wireless Internet throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, separate oven, refrigerator with water and ice cube dispenser, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, mixer, toaster, washing machine and dryer.

The property has access to the Sotogrande Beach Club, (ideal for children,too) and Sotogrande Port where there are boat rentals. For Golf, try world famous golf courses like Valderama and Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande. If you like Polo, in July and August important international matches take place on three different polo fields.

You can also enjoy horseback riding, sailing, tennis, paddle tennis,etc.

Don't miss a hike on Sotogrande's "Wild Beach" where you will find no houses and no hotels, just kilometer after kilometer of natural beach reserve. The area offers, of course, many beautiful clubs and restaurants. An added plus, you are only 30 minutes to Morocco by boat.
