Great.
Location and spaciousness.
Wonderful section of the city, easy access to everything, including public transportation. -

We were very pleased, and impressed. Having stayed at other rentals, I must say that this apartment was the most welcoming and well-appointed. There were maps and books and ice cubes, the kitchen was very well-stocked with staples, and Chantal, the concierge, was charming, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The typed sheet with suggestions was most welcome.
The location. Though the square itself was noisy at night, the windows effectively closed out most of the noise, and during the day, it was grand to be so close to the heart of the city.
The elevator. My Mom is frail, and needed a wheelchair for any significant distance. The apartment was perfect for her, and the shower stall was accessible, with just a small lip. The chairs were comfortable and not too deep, and the constant excitement out the living room windows amused her when she was too tired to go out.
A problem with sewer gas following a heavy rain.
The availability of both tourist attractions and real-life, all within easy walking distance. -

Excellent experience - you will not find a more convenient location in Avignon.
The location directly in the city center - 2 minute walk to the Papal Palace and no more that a 10 minute walk, tops, to all major restaurants.
Homeless people sleeping outside the entrance to the building.
Everything - Provence is beautiful. -

Great location. After 2 weeks there, we still had several restaurants in Avignon that we wanted to try. Avignon is the best of the cities in Provence for shopping, eating and roaming around.
Location and expansive size of the unit.
Kitchen had no eating area. Elevator is small and basement is dark, but secure for parking a small car.
Pleasant and very busy old walled city with many modern fashionable stores and scores of wonderful restaurants. Avignon is an easy drive to most of Provence and about 2 12 hours from NiceCannesMonaco by the autoroute. The suburbs have many modern big box stores. -

Very comfortable and great location.
The location was excellent - right on the main square, lots of restaurants, cafes and historical sites within 100m walk and comparatively easy vehicle access to main roads. The apartment was very well equipped, just like staying in a friend's home.
The washing machine needs repair, and one toilet for the whole property took getting used to. Only one car park space was available. Need written explanation for using the appliances.

The washing machine has been fixed; there are operating instructions for the appliances in the kitchen drawer next to the refrigerator; there are two very small parking spaces: one in front of the other. July 2008.

The kitchen was well stocked and is clearly one meant for cooking! We enjoyed that very much. We found with the metal shutters down the noise was not a factor and the living room was outstanding for sitting and enjoying each other! We had a delightful time and would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others!
The central location made getting to and from places very easy. Looking out over the Christmas market with its stalls, mimes, jugglers and general mass of people was entertainment in itself!
Having only one toliet with 6 people was a bit of a stretch!
Driving into the countryside and seeing the little towns was interesting and a delight to the eye. We especially enjoyed the bories outside Gorda and Oppede-de-vieux and the old chateu there. We took the train to Nimes one day which was an easy train ride and walked to the Roman ruins. -

Spacious, well furnished, and appointed with the great bonus of a car parking space on site.
While the main bathroom is spacious, the second shower room is very small - although adequate.
In the center of Avignon, so historic sites such as the Palais de Papes, Pont D'Avignon, restaurants, shops, and everything else you could need all within very easy walking distance. -

We are very, very fond of our time spent at the property at Place de l'Horloge. It was so convenient to everything we are interested in doing while in Provence. We are very interested in the history in regards to the Knights Templar and the Crusades, and this property puts us right where we want to be.
Location.
The inhabitants of the neighboring apartment were a bit noisy at times.
We love being able to access other villages and towns without dependenc on an automobile. -

The place itself is beautifully decorated and every convience available, it is however smaller than we expected and a bit hard to move around in. Also your comments state a twin-bedded room; it is now a pull-out couch in the third room. The location of the apartment is very good and it was very pleasant to take walks in the center.
The decor.
The noise level. It is much quieter when the festival is over, but still noisy at night.
Very centrally located. -

Very pleasant furnishings and the property has everything needed to feel at home. CNN satellite connection was a little problematic, however. (But who wants to watch TV?)
Roomy throughout; centrally located in Avignon. Accessible to all service needs (grocery stores, too.)and highways. It's very clear that the owners take pride in their property; I (my family of 4) felt like we knew them from their decorative flair.
Elevator a little challenging to fit 4 people.
Festival and shops. Avignon is great location for exploring all of Vaucluse area.
