Updated with mod cons including 46" Sony Full HD TV, R/C air conditioning, dishwasher, DVD home theatre Hi-Fi, washing machine & x-box.
Located only 50 minutes drive from central Adelaide and only 1 house back from the spectacular Aldinga Beach Aquatic Reserve.
Walk across the road to the beach or stroll 400m to quality local cafes. Easy access to the abundant variety of attractions on offer within the Fleurieu Peninsula region.

Loved the funky memorabillia of the 50's/60's era; lots of it took me back to my childhood with the furniture and accessories. Great to have all the reading and entertainment materials on hand. It was also good that we still had all the mod cons particularly on 38 degree days!! Loved the closeness to the beach. Back yard was great for our doggies to. Appreciated all the tips for popular spots to visit in the area. Overall, nice attention to detail, with beach umbrellas provided, umbrella left out as forecast for possible showers, aircon on when we arrived for our comfort; its the little things that can make a big difference. Had a great stay!! Sonja

255100Retrofitted Fabulousness by the Beach

We spent 12 great nights at the aldinge Beach Reef Retreat and loved it.
The house itself is comfortable and clean with great period details throughout. There are plenty of books, Dvd's and games for rainy days. The backyard is huge and the is great for Bbq's.
The location is great too. Close to the aquatic Reserve which provides snorkelling opportunities and a 5 min drive to lovely surf beaches. Great restaurants are close by, there is corner shop 10mins walk away and a bigger complex about 10mins away by car.
The wineries and Willunga are close as well. We also went south past Yankalilla to the pretty beaches of Second Valley and the serene water of Rapid Bay.

Property had everything you would need including super dog safe back yard. The owners provided excellent correspondence. It's not so shiny that you are scared to even walk in the place. Comfortable. Loved it.
