Located in South Bethany's Cat Hill, this three-bedroom home offers a wealth of great amenities. They include a 32-inch flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, and views of the wetlands.
Up to eight travelers can stay here, benefitting from the central air conditioning, four parking spaces, and gas grill. Well maintained property. Kitchen small but well stocked and functional. Close to beaches and activities but quiet neighborhood. Outdoor shower was great. We would rent there again. Not recommended for people with difficulty climbing stairs.

it was a wonderful house with all amenities you cold ask for! not a far drive from the beach and the complimentary parking pass is a godsend!

From the helpfulness of the Wilgus staff, to the cleanliness of the house, we had a wonderful stay. Although the neighborhood was not located right on the beach, we were given an unexpected parking pass to South Bethany, which was great! Wilgus associates was professional and easy to contact, even with simple questions. Would certainly rent again. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything we needed was inside, including grill utensils, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. Very well organized!

I would have liked the option to not have to clean on my vacation. Getting up early to make sure that the place was clean was a bit stressful. A later check out time might have helped that. It could have been better communicated what supplies were in the house before arriving. The service was great and easy. The house was very cozy and well maintained.

This was our second year renting this particular home for our annual trek to Bethany Beach. It's a lovely, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. The deck overlooks a span of protect natural marshland and is near waterways that can be used for canoeing or kayaking. Bethany has a robust walking and biking culture and this neighborhood is ideal for these activities, even for young children. It's nearly impossible to drive fast in this community. There are a few oddities with the design of the kitchen (the island is simply placed too close to the cabinets) but other than that, the layout of the house works very well for our family, including my mother who has difficulty with stairs (bedrooms are on the main floor) -- stairs to house are managable because there are railings on both sides. Comfortable furnishings, beds. We prepared meals throughout our stay and had access to everything one might need in the kitchen. Kudos to the owners of the property.
