On the street level there is a living room, family room, sunny kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The garden level has a bedroom, full bath and a living room that opens to a lovely back yard. It is 4/10ths of a mile to Red River Beach, close to the bike trail and minutes to Harwich Port Village or Chatham and parking for 5 cars.
