This is an adorable 2/3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with A/C located in the master bedroom, located 1/2 mile to the beach and easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Home has vintage pine paneling in the living room and master bedroom and eat-in kitchen, the cottage can accommodate three adults or two adults with two small children. The home is set back from the road with a nice back yard and enclosed outside shower and wireless internet. Parking space for three cars. All bedrooms are located on the first floor: BR #1 – 1 KING (with A/C), BR #2 – 1 FULL, Study: 1 TWIN ***SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY*** – ***DOGS ONLY MAY BE ALLOWED***
