Enjoy our South Harwich Cape with a panoramic view of a wildlife-filled salt marsh and the ocean. Our home is nestled in a beautifully landscaped lot, in a quiet neighborhood located right on the Chatham line just off the Red River Beach. We are only minutes from the world famous harbors in Harwichport and Chatham, and the Nantucket ferry. We are only 1.1 miles from the Cape Cod Bike Trail, and close by the shopping areas of Chatham and Harwich AND ONLY A 4 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH!
Our rooms are light and airy, with central HVAC throughout, and our sunroom has an ocean view and opens onto a 350 s.f. deck which is ideal for entertaining. Relax in our hammock (great view) in our half acre wooded lot. We have a large family room with a pool table which is ideal for kids. We have an assortment of soccer balls, basketballs, boogie boards, assorted bikes, beach gear, crabbing nets (which will keep your kids occupied for hours on end) and videos for your use. We provide towels, sheets, and beach towels. This will save you packing an extra suitcase.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking tools.....Cook top & Oven, built-in Microwave, large handled juicer, toaster, coffee maker, platters, trays, salad spinner, garlic press, lobster pot/forks/crackers, wine glasses & bucket, sharp knives and other gourmet accoutrements. There are three sauce pans (2, 4, and 6 qt stainless), two 12 inch fry pans regular stainless and a non-stick, two stockpots (8 and 12 qt stainless) a stainless colander (that you can use either as a colander or as a steamer insert on the 12 qt pot), an aluminum roasting pot, several tongs, lids, ladle and spoons and a thick plastic cutting board. Everything is restaurant grade and except for the non-stick pan, everything is stainless with a heavy clad bottom, which heats up quite nicely. For you Foodies, the brand on the stainless is Update International and the non-stick is Tramontina.
Our house is perfectly located -- four minute walk to the beach, Harwichport is four minutes by car and Chatham is twelve minutes away. Harwichport has a CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Bonatt's Bakery, Hot Stove Saloon, Cape Sea Grille (Zagat rated), The Port, The Mason Jar, George's Pizza, The Sundae School, George's Fish Market, Star Market, Harwichport Golf, trampolines, Batting Cages, Bumper Boats, Go-Carts, Cape Cod Rail Trail-bike path, Harwich Mariners Baseball, Allen & Saquatucket Harbors, & Freedom Cruise Line High-Speed Nantucket Ferry.

The house was great. The owner was very easy to deal with and everything was done over the Internet with no problems. Located in beautiful South Harwich with the ocean nearby and the towns of Chatham and Harwichport only minutes away. If you are looking for a great place to have a worry free vacation, I strongly recommend this house
