This spacious Cape style home is enjoyed year after year by families that want a convenient location along with all of the amenities such as Air Conditioning, XBR HDTV, Digital Cable and High Speed Internet Access to have a great holiday. It features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and skylights that have recently been fitted with shades. great location,weather and fun!!
excellent location with lots to do. we took in a Cape League ball game, the beach, P-town, Martha's Vineyard for a day of bike riding and wore out the local bike trails!
great ice cream spots and window shopping in Chatham.
Wychemere harbor in Harwichport is beautiful - we were in town for a wedding there.

Nice family vacation home
We have rented this home for several years, and are happy to return.
The owners have maintained the property very well, and have replaced furnishings regularly to keep things in good shape.
It has plenty of room for our family, and has a bit extra sleeping in the play room in the basement.
Our main issues from this years rental are these:
1. significant mold in air conditioners
2. inadequate lighting esp. in living room
3. LR sofa is long on the tooth, and needs replacement.
4. need shades on kitchen and dining room skylights for afternoon sun.
