"Sunset Center" is an adjacent pair of family vacation houses. The "Sun House" is a new six bedroom, four bathroom vacation home featuring a private gated 15x30 foot heated swimming pool (in season), six person hot tub, shared playscape, and wooded ravine lot. The house was completely renovated for the summer of 2005. The property is an easy four block walk down the sidewalk to South Beach (Lake Michigan), Kid's Corner, and downtown shopping and dining.

Rental fees
- Sales Tax - 6% of rental - Tax - Michigan State Sales Tax is required by law to the charged.
- Damage Deposit - $500 / stay - Security Deposit - Fully refundable payment that is refunded in full, provided the house is left in clean condition with no major damage.
- Cleaning Fee - $150 / stay - Fee - The house is professionally cleaned after each rental, including cleaning of all linens.

This six bedroom, 4 bathroom house provided our extended family of 9 adults, two babies and 2 children provided us with lots of space. We enjoyed the large pool, comfortable deck with patio tables and seats, a gas grill, a large gathering area indoors for nightly board games, and dinners together. This house is filled with children's toys, books, and games. The basement has a variety of foosball games and the garage is filled with bikes, strollers, kids riding toys. The Lake mi beach is just four blocks down a side walk and downtown is five blocks down another sidewalk. The house comes filled with kitchen items, a computer, washer and drier and many items to make children and parents happy.
We enjoyed a great Labor Day Weekend Vacation. -

This home was perfect. We met with a group of friends and we could not have found a better set up. We all had plenty of privacy with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, but even better was the great gathering areas. We spent most of our time laughing and chatting in the common areas. Since the home is only a few blocks from South Haven's downtown, we were also in a great location to go out and about. We've already recommended this home to other friends and family!

This a great place for a group to gather, relax and enjoy some time away. The master bedroom has a king, 3 bedrooms have queens, and 2 bedrooms have queens and two bunks. It is quiet for those who want to go to bed early, and space for various activities for the night owls - pool, hot tub, games, tv, and quiet corners for conversations.

Our extended family with 10 children ages 11 - 3 enjoyed our week in the Sun House. The house is well furnished with many toys, books, games for the children. The house is well furnished for the adults also. Everyone enjoyed the pool with the large deck. The house is close to a kids park with large playground, the beach, and town. The only fault we found was that the well equipped kitchen is a little narrow but this is a small inconvience considering the many other amenities. We will be back!
