Close to town and to the beach! We walked most places. House is good size and has everything you need. Very clean. Nice little porch on front and deck on back. Great upstairs space to tuck kids away in - they have their own TV up there. The only down side is only 1 bath room; but we had 2 adults and 5 kids and made it work.

Cute house but the single beds in the far upstairs bedroom were really hard and uncomfortable. Another double or queen-sized bed would have been nice.

We try to have quality mattresses in all of our rental homes and I believe that this cottage has all new mattresses within the last couple of years. Maybe it was just a firmer style than was optimal for the guest.
We also try to have a nice mixture of beds for adults and for children. This house has queen beds in two bedrooms and twins in the other two which we find is the best combination for the majority of our guests. All bed sizes are listed also on the website as we want guests to know this information as they plan who will sleep where.
