KalamazooNot for those seeking a problem free vacation!!
Left on 12/27/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We arrived in a thunderstorm. The condo has under ground parking but we had to drive back to the management office to get an opener only to find they didn't have any right then! Then we had to go back because we weren't provided with a key! We had to unload gear for a 16 mth old plus 2 adults from the parking lot next door and carry thru two standard locked doors in the pouring rain. The Managers located an opener an hour later and wanted us to go pick it up in the rain!! They delivered it. The Management Company never apologized for any inconvenience. They treated us like we were a irritant to them.
The first night the inside temperature stayed at 80 degrees. A sleepless night for all! The management office sent a repairman the next afternoon.
The 3rd day. a real estate agent brought a couple through for a showing while we were there and the baby was napping. We did have advance warming but babies nap when they are tired.
If you plan to prepare meals, The kitchen is not well stocked. It has barely the basics to plate up take out food.
