We were very disappointed with the accomodations at the North Shore property. The condo we viewed before renting was sold so we were switched to a different condo we had not viewed. It was very worn out and the refrigerator didn't work so the evening we arrived we were given another condo that was a liitle closer to the beach but had it's share of flaws as well i.e. also very worn, telephone didn't work, the electricity was spotty, (nothing to do with the weather) and the tlevision and cable service were hit and miss. The location of the building (right on the beach) is awesome but the building is old and very smelly.

We so apologize, as we did while you were here, that we had to relocate you to another condo due to the fridge problem. It sounds, though, like you weren't impressed with the other condo. I will personally inspect each unit in that development this winter to ensure each one is in tip top shape. The location of these condos with the pool and beach is definitely its best attribute as the building is not new but we do want to ensure that each unit we manage is fresh and that all of its contents are in working order. We apologize for your dissatisfaction with the condo and we hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future to deliver a quality product for you.
