This is an updated 2,600-square foot brick home just south of the Salt Lake City downtown area. 20 minutes from city's center, yet it's right in the middle of the major attractions in the area, such as the ski resorts, Kennecott Mine, the Great Salt Lake, and Utah Lake. All of the Cottonwood Canyons ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude) are about 30-35 minutes away and Park City's ski resorts are 35-40 minutes away.

Located right in the shadow (almost literally) of the Jordan River Temple, which is a beautiful landmark for everyone to enjoy.
This was my sister's home for many years before she moved about a mile away. She let me keep most of the unique furniture and items in the house when she left, so we hope that you'll feel at home during your stay. She originally bought it because of its proximity to the mountains, downtown Salt Lake City, the major ski resorts, and it's secluded country feeling.
