Modern,well equipped ocean view beach house in Matunuck. Matunuck is a beach village with beaches for swimming,surfing and fishing. Walk to South Kingstown town beach (beach pass is included in the rental), surf at Rocky Point Beach, kayak on the salt pond, enjoy nature at the Moonstone Beach nature preserve. All close by. As pretty as Marthas Vineyard and the Cape, but no traffic or crowds.

Matunuck is a pretty beach village with a general store, a pizza palor and two bars/restaurants. You can walk to almost everything, including the town beach, South Kingston. Down the road is the Theatre By the Sea and an upscaled Bistro. You can bike or ride to Moonstone Beach Preserve or bike or ride to the Rocky Point beach, great for sea kayaking and surfing. You can launch kayaks from the salt pond in town. The house has ample parking for three cars and you can park on the street.
