This place is managed incredibly well by Tahoe Rental Connection. It was pristine, and not a single thing out of place. The reservation and payment process was very quick and smooth. The location was absolutely convenient as it was just walking distance from Raley's supermarket and Starbucks cafe. The place was also just a few minutes drive away from beaches and other landmarks of Lake Tahoe. It was certainly big enough for six people and enough amenities to keep us happy. My only wish is that they change futon mattress that was a little bit worn-out. But the overall experience was worth the price listed. I only wished I had more time to stay there longer!

This cabin would have got five stars if it was closer to the water. Thats not a bad thing though, quiet area and near most everything but casinos lol. would rent it again.

Pro:
management - Super friendly. Upgraded us when our original rental had an accidental pipe burst right before our arrival.
Home - Cute; fully furnished; new kitchen; WiFi, board games and fireplace could easily make this a fun night in with friends or familiy.
Location - Close to Stateline, Heavenly and basically the main street that runs in the middle of SLT so everything is within 5-10 mins.
Con:
TV - We couldn't figure out how to switch from cable television to the DVD player in the downstairs TV. Had to go upstairs to watch a DVD but couldn't find the remote. Might need instructions.
Bed(s) - The description says the beds in the rooms are Queen and they are not. They're clearly full size beds. I think the loft's futon might be the only Queen-size. Also I didn't test the upstairs one, but the downstairs bed is super squeaky. It's a good thing I was tired each night and quickly passed out. -

Open floor plan lets maks you feel as if you are in a larger cabin. All appliances are new and up to date. An excellent location...Raley's across the street. The sofa in the loft opens to fit two people, great for kids. This place definitely met our needs and then some.

The entire experience was great. We got there late after the office was closed but had arranged to pick up the key with no problems. The house was very comfortable. We had a wonderful week's stay.

This house was very nice and we had a great time there. My only criticism is that the garbage cans were not bear-proof and we had an inadvertent very close encounter with a hungry bear.

We had a great vacation via our stay at this vacation house. Convenient, quiet, and recently updated this house fit our needs. The only downside(s) was that the downstairs bedroom was advertised/promoted as a queen which it was not...it was a double and very uncomfortable The beds, in general, are lacking in comfort and need some work/upgrading. Another area of need to correct is the trash which is subject to the local bears. I would recommend some work in protecting the trash cans. Also, the upstairs shower is rather lame and the drains are slllowww but, hopefully, the rental company has corrected this since our stay. Other than the beds, all of that is rather small and the house is a great place to stay. All in all, a good house to stay in.

We rented this house again for the 2nd time. Other then the water heater breaking on the 2nd day and not having hot water for 2 1/2 of the 4 day everything was nice. The office offered us a comp not but we opted to leave 2 days early and they happily refunded the 2 remaining nights. I work in a hotel so I am well aware that these things happen and I never let it ruin my good time. Even with that happening I would not hesitate to rent this house again as I love it.

This rental offered the convenience of a home during our stay in Lake Tahoe and fit our needs perfectly! I was informed this was one of the better rentals and had granite kitchen upgrades. I gave this rental four starts for location, comfort of a home while away from home and for its value.
The bathroom upstairs has a jacuzzi tub but it did not work and should be fixed. Also, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned from the last renters. It was a bit of a slight inconvenience but we went back to the office to let them know and then just went out to grab a quick lunch to let them do their thing. All in all, after that was taken care of, we had a great stay and will come back.
