A family of six had a great time. Everything was great although the jacuzzi was showing some age and in need of repair or replacement. It was a great overall rental.

We had a great time besides the homeowners instructions being out dated, we used the taxi service which was great, we could walk to the bus and the ski hill. We ate at a couple of the restuarants and had great food, the view from the top of the mountain looking over the lake was awesome.

The hot tub could be hotter (was about 100 degrees) and there could be more light in the living room, but otherwise, very comfortable home.

Great spot if you're spending a week in South Lake Tahoe. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room. New 42" LCD TV. Got good use out of the hot tub. It's a five minute walk from the Heavenly tram at the base of Gunbarrel.

We stayed for 10 days in January and enjoyed the cabin very much. It has a really nice layout with ample common areas. The kitchen is amazing, and the decor overall is quite nice. You are so close to Heavenly's California lodge that the street out front is where other people park if the lot is full or if they don't want to pay for parking. Location is also convenient to stores and places to eat. Only wish the great room was slightly more well-lit and the hot tub stayed above body temperature, but there is much about the cabin that can be enjoyed.
