Rental is in a great location. Three couples stayed and the floor plan lays out nicely for privacy. Each bedroom had access to its own bathroom.Very nice kitchen. Nice and comfortable furnishings. Only had two issues. First one, had a tough time figuring out the hot tub temperature adjustment (it was stuck in standby mode?) We figured it out eventually and it was excellent. Second issue was one of the first floor bedroom windows had a broken outer pane? All in all a great unit and I would absolutely stay here again!

Had to contact owner upon arrival because backyard and spa hadn't been cleaned since previous tenants. Rich was very easy to get a hold of and prompt to fix the problem. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. One side of kitchen didn't have electrical outlets that worked, we spent 30 minutes trying to get the DVD player working because the directions provided were wrong, and pool table didn't have all the balls. There also wasn't any shampoo which was stated to be provided in description. If you're looking for a cabin in a great location this is it but it doesn't have that warm cozy feel. Plain walls and no decorations or character. It would be a good place for 2-3 families with children. Walking distance to great cafe.

We had a group of 7 adults stay at this terrific 4 bedroom house for a ski trip. The house was one of the nicest places that we have stayed during our annual winter adventure The home has 3 levels, a hot tub, pool table, a big flat screen TV, gas fireplace, wifi, and nice furnishings. The location of the home was minutes from some great pubs and restaurants, and about 10 minutes to Heavenly and the casinos. Rich was extremely easy to work with during the rental process, and the rate was the best we could find for such a large place, The home was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Several of the folks in my party could not believe how nice the place was for the price. Thanks so much, Rich, for making this a very positive part of a great trip.
