1410 Ski Run #25 - GREAT!
WALK TO HEAVENLY - 3 BLOCKS This newly remodeled town house condo features upscale mountain lodge style decore through out. The home is only 2 blocks to Heavenly and less than one mile to the lake. On the Heavenly ski shuttle route. Inside there is a gas fireplace in the living room with 32" flat screen TV.
The home also offers a dishwasher and washer/dryer. This is a great home for a small group of friends or two couples interested in being close to the action. There is also a nice large back deck with wooded views. **NO INTERNET ACCESS**

We stayed there for 4 nights in beginning of March 2013. The place has an interesting mountain like decor - a deer-head phone for example :) It has 2 bedrooms - one with two twin beds and one with queen bed. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. It is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The location is great - very close to the California Lodge in Heavenly - you can take your skis and walk to the base. We used it to go to Heavenly and Kirkwood (which is about 40 minutes away).
We checked in late (2am) without any problems (thanks to Jason from McKinney & Associates for making it easy)

House had forks for instance that where very dirty.

We had the most amazing time. Ali at Coldwell has always been exceptional in helping and has done it with a smile everytime. We stayed in this beautifully decorated condo. Everything was marked and very informational. My son had a blast playing in the snow as well as in the storage area under the stairs. That was his little hideaway. I would stay here again and recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you for sharing this condo and love the Tahoe feel inside and out. Even the neighbor was friendly came over after an hour of us checking in to say hi and introduce himself.

This unit is so organized and clean. Very charming and cozy. It is 1 1/2 bath not 2 as advertised. Other than the fire place that didn't work everything was great. Was very quite, kitchen has everything you could use for cooking and entertaining. Great tv cable Chanels and in unit washer & drier. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They send the maintanance guy to fix the fire place right away, but unfortunately we were having problems starting that thing!
Great unit, will stay again :) -

Everything went on just as planned. I arrived after hours and my keys and packet were ready to be picked up exactly where I was told they would be. Everything was in great working order inside the home, very clean, and more than enough dishes/linens/etc. This location is just up the street from the main street through South Lake, so many shops/restuarants/bars were only a mile or 2 away.

We won't be back. This was our second visit to 1410 Ski Run #25. The first visit was great, clean, quiet and comfortable. We came up to stay for three days and participate in the Death Ride on Sat 7/14/12. With over 6 months of training, eating well and getting plenty of rest, we were ready. However, to our disappointment we discovered that living next door in #24 was a 19 male. Well, he had a frat party in Fri 7/13 drunk kids running on the hillside, loud music and very rude. We were asleep by 9 P.M. and a wake by 10 P.M. and never got back to sleep

As you can see from all of the other excellent reviews, this is a great property. We can not control the behavior of neighbors in a condo complex however, especially when we do not manage the neighboring property. We are very sorry this guest had such a bad stay but we feel a one star review is exceptionally negative for such a nice property in this case.

Everything was great. Only issues we had was the fold out air mattress had a slow leak, and master bedroom mattress is warn out and had a big dip in it. Also add fee wich increased the advertised price by 37.5%. Over all the cabin was a great deal just, but would be less of a shock if advertised at actual price. I would recommend this cabin, but if you plan to sleep 6, bring you own air mattress.

The owners have replaced the air mattress and added a pillow top to the master bedroom mattress. All fees are disclosed to all guests when making their reservation at the time of booking. Also, a detailed itemized statement showing these charges is immediately emailed to our guests when they book the home. The additional fees include a one time cleaning fee that varies by property, a $45 damage insurance fee and 10% occupancy tax.

We had an amazing time staying at Ski Run #25. Because we couldn't ski, we spent a lot of time just lounging in the condo and cooking up a storm, and getting some much needed rest after grueling finals, and the condo was perfect. We never did figure out how to get the fireplace going though, and that was a bit of a disappointment. But other than that, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to going back soon.

This is definitely a keeper. I would return here every time I go to Tahoe. It was sooo close to the main lodge at Heavenly, just off the main drag so that you have peace and calm and a beautiful pine tree backdrop from the lanai. The unit is so wonderfully decorated, the attention to detail was amazing: moose/elk and sophisticated cabin feel. I chose it based on the photos and was not disappointed! Loved it so much. it was clean and comfy, beds really nice and comfy. Gas fireplace was the crowning glory. Made it so lovely to come back to toast our toesies in front it after skiing. Some minor negs: A few light bulbs needed replacement, and not lighted well over kitchen range area, which made it harder to see what is cooking.
Thank you for providing lots of the necessities like toilet paper and dishwasing detergent and laundry soap.
Felt like I could live there!!

We had a great time when we stayed here. the apartment was in a graet location very close to Heavenly. It was a comfortable clean and warm place very cute and perfect for us. I would highly recommend it and plan to return again.
