Loved the location, quiet and relaxing. The balcony feature was nice with a water view. The loft sleeping area was hot at night because of poor ventilation, only one tiny window with an oddly slanted roof line. Door lock was impossible to lock from outside. Parking was a problem at times, too many cars in the lot, some partially blocking the garages.

We stayed in a Keys Condo near the front of the resort. I thought the condo was a good value for the location. We had a loft unit with a pullout couch for the kids. We were able to bike and travel to all of the key South Tahoe locations. The management company was very good. We had issues with the frig and they fixed it right away. Our garage would not lock and they made up for it even though it was the Hoa's responsibility. I would recommend going with the Keys Managment company rentals over an owner rented unit. We considered an owner rented unit and at the last minute the owner told us the condo was unavailable. The Keys managment company went out of their way to be helpful and find us a condo and they took care of us when we were there.

This location looked a lot bigger in pictures. We arrived to see a tiny kitchen and a tiny bedroom. The living room was decent sized. This unit has a garage which was a plus but make sure you have a small car because odds are there will not be any parking outside. The unit was furnished very nicely on the other hand. It was just an inconvenience that there was no air conditioning and that we had to go shopping every day because our refrigerator could not hold enough food. For the amount you pay this unit could have been al ot better!

The rental was in a great location...friendly neighbors. However, it didn't appear to be cleaned prior to our visit. There were candy wrappers in various locations around the home. Overall, it was a great place for the price...not sure I'd stay at this particular property again. Definitely would use the vacation/property management company again.

Overall great place, but the garage door is broken and the gap above the window leading to the deck allows outside air in to the house. We enjoyed acces to the pool and fitness center. The staff was helpful and nice to deal with.

We wanted a last-minute getaway over the holidays and found a condo at the Keys. Great location. We had a problem with plumbing while we were there and even though it was after hours you had someone over there to fix it within the hour.

Unit is very warm with little air circulation. Ice maker is useless. Bring your own ice. -

My wife and I are return visitors to Tahoe Keys, which we consider to be one of the best places to spend a Lake Tahoe vacation. This particular unit has a nice location along the marina and is equipped well enough for a rental. I won't nitpick on trival items (not enough provided towels or a laundry to wash them, for example). I must, however, comment that the overall design of this structure is quirky. The loft bedroom has a very low ceiling and if you're not careful getting up from the bed, expect to bang your head - hard! The kitchen is quite small (that was expected), but the real disappointment is the mini refrigerator instead of a regular size model. Barely room to put any food or drinks inside. Some visitors may not mind, but when we rent a condo we expect to cook at least a handful of meals during a week or so stay. Another annoyance are the poor locks on the front door and garage. The main doorlock barely works and required several minutes fiddling with the key to get the bolt to latch securely (often it didn't). Nevertheless, my wife and I enjoyed this unit and would recommend it (with warnings about the above) to other vacationers.

Very cute and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love the fact that we can cook our own meal since we are on a special diet. Would definitely go back again when possible.
