Pros: 1 1/2 bath; lovely living area and patio. Inside laundry and free Wifi. Modern, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. The boat slip was right outside the door. Many recreation opportunities: swimming, biking, hiking, boating, etc.
Cons: We understand the boat slip will not be included in the future. Bad idea if you have a boat. There is no air-conditioning so it is nice to keep the windows open @ night; however, some boaters decide to party nosily @ night which can make it difficult to sleep. Bring your own sheets! The beds were poorly made and the sheets are cheap & worn. We had to get out of bed & remake the beds the 1st night. Management is very helpful & cooperative when you can find someone who actually knows what is going on & where stuff is located. You have to pay extra to use the pool. $7 for ea person per day! Best to swim in the lake. Parking can be a bit of a pain as the permanent residents try to hog all the good parking. -

You can while away the day on the sunny deck surrounded by water and watch the boats come and go, or you can take advantage of the activities offered, or you can lie on the beach and swim in Lake Tahoe. Whatever you do, you'll be charmed by this well-maintained condo with its whimsical decor.

We enjoyed 357 ala Wai. The view was exceptional and the house was very comfortable. Our two grown sons joined us on this trip and we had plenty of space for the four of us. I also liked the fitness center - very convenient.

For the price and the location, view, unexpected snowfall and amenities we consider this one of our best vacations ever. Love Tahoe and the folks that work and reside within the area. A very nice and relaxing week. Thank you!

The condo was nice, but having to pay to use the pool was just unreasonable. It seemed that everything had a charge, the pool and the tennis courts which were empty the majority of the time we were there.

Truly a great spot. End unit, clean, nicely furnished, and excellent amenities. The neighbors were very friendly and truly made us feel very welcome during our stay. Despite the issues listed below, we would definitely stay here again (we tried for next year but the unit had already been booked!).
The biggest negative was the lack of privacy. The workers (whether they were privately hired or working for the association) walked through our gated back patio without even a word! It just would have been courteous of them to let us know what they were doing, and when they would be doing it.
Parking is difficult for this unit- especially if you have a larger vehicle. We parked in one of the guest spots for most of our stay.
If there is a restriction on Boat size- it would be a good idea to tell people before they book.
