Concept Sierra Condo #15 is a cute and cozy upgraded condo directly across the street from the California Base Lodge at Heavenly. With a Queen bed in each of the bedrooms, couples have found their ideal ski condo. One bath is upstairs off the main living area and one bath is down on the bedroom level. Lofty windows and an open beamed ceiling open up the sense of space in the upstairs living area which features a gas wood stove. Granite counter tops and new kitchen appliances add to the clean lines of this condo. Permit #002499

The location is basically a ski in, ski out place at the entrance of Heavenly. The place was quiet for a fall retreat and the rental was well maintained.

The place is nice to stay but the customer service is terrible. When we first checked in, we were asked to check the place and update the management in case of anything not working. They also asked me whether I am interested in taking an insurance such that in case of any damage to the property - insurance will take care. I politely declined as in my 6 years of vacationing - we have never damaged anything or broken anything.
When we checked in to the cottage (Concept Sierra Condo #15 (002499 to be precise), we checked and made a note of one light stand which was broken. Since we had checked late in the night and the office was closed, we planned to give the note next day. During checkout I updated them and they said its fine.
However after 2 / 3 days - I received a call from them that its us who has broken the light stand and not them. They said they verified with the maid and she/he can't be wrong. They shelled out forcefully $$ 90 or so.. and were rude... -

We were looking for stay only for 2 days during the September 5 long weekend..however almost all the properties I searched required 3 days minimum stay (for long weekend). Concept Sierra Condo was the only one which had no minimum. Also the Rental managers were extremely helpful. The place was nice and cozy.

Property was in a great location, it was advertised that it could accomodate 6 people which we originally thought we would have. We only had 3 come in the end and it probably wouldn't have been able to accomodate many more than that.

My family enjoyed a fabulous weekend at this condo. Very nice furnishings and comfortable, warm, feel. We walked to the slopes at Heavenly it was so close. Great time--thank you.

it was really close to heart of the city and property was clean and well-managed. We really enjoyed out stay.
The only problem is that the bedrooms were in ground floor so it takes times to heat the rooms. Also, the microwave is really a old one and require an upgrade :-) -

the condo was OK, it was clean and had all the things we needed but the gas stove was on and we couldn't get it to turn off and the weather outside was 80.
All the rooms were very small, we were 4. It was advertised for 6 but 6 people would have been very uncomfortable
