This is a nicely decorated two bedroom cabin walking distance from the lake. It is a one level home with a large kitchen. There is a wood burning fireplace in the livingroom. This home is within one mile of Heavenly ski resort and the downtown casino area.

Good For Price... This was a nice home that was in close proximity (bike ride) to casinos and gondola. The neighborhood seemed nice and it was perfect for the two of us. We chose this rental because it looked as if it would work for someone using a walker. Well, yes and no. While this house is definitely more "disability friendly" than others we looked at, it could use an additional hand rail and rails along the front porch for better safety.
Once inside the house, it was great! A little dated, but who cares! It was comfortable and well equipped. It was actually a very sweet place to stay for our purposes and especially for the price. I think the price was fair; if it had been more than what we paid, I would not think it was worth it.
We would stay there again, for sure. :) -

We visited South Lake Tahoe for a week and rented this house. All I can say it was a great house to stay, very clean. They had a BBQ grill, nice size kitchen and bedrooms. Nice living room. Staff at Mckinney and associates were also very friendly. We had a great experience.

This was a heeqtvlittle place. It wad a little dated but if was really comfortable. It is very conveniently located. it is walking distance to the Nevada border. We would definitely stay Here again.

Clean house. Perfect weather. Walking distance to the beach/bars/restaurants. Beautiful fireworks on the 4th of July.

The home was very comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived to find there was a W/D in the bathroom and a nice deck in the back with a weber grill for our use. These emenities were not advertised for the home in the online ad. It was close to the lake and the State Line for the casinos. The front and back yard could have been attended to with more care. For the price it was a great deal for the 4 of us. Would not recommend anymore than 4 at a time.

What a darling house! It was roomy and nice and stayed cool, it had everything stocked in the kitchen, even a dishwasher. The neighborhood was homey but not nosy, and so pretty. A great house in a great location a short walk from the lake!

This was our first time using this agency and we had an excellent experience! The agent who helped us was very helpful and gave us a very good discount. Also what I really liked about them was not charging deposit!! That makes life much easier.
The house was very clean with all the necessary dishes, towels, BBQ equipment etc provided! It is located in a prime location; it is superb for both summer and winter vocations. It is very close to the beach, casinos, ski lanes and Safe Way
