Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in August 2012
This was our second time renting this lovely home. We have been renting homes from CB for years, but we haven't found one to rent again, until this property. Very comfortable and nice. Love the spa and the atrium. The new wi-fi was a great addition. We will be coming back for sure!

Lanham, mdGreat place ruined by temperature and insulation
Left on 01/31/2013 for a stay in January 2013
I stayed at this location with a group of 6 25 year old friends and we had mixed feelings.
Good:
The location was in a quiet safe community.
The place was quite clean and everything functioned properly
Plenty of room to sleep (master king, solo room queen, shared room with a queen and 2 full bunk beds)
Bad:
The house was set to a frigid 55 degrees upon our entry (you would think they could visit a day beforehand to set the temperature)
Even after setting the temperature to 70 degrees, it never rose above 64 for the duration of our stay (4 nights). The master bedroom got quite warm, but all other rooms remained chilly for the entire trip. As required, we had to reset the temperature to 55 degrees before our departure.
Overall, the place was affordable but a simple change to the temperature policy and additional insulation would have made the trip much more enjoyable. I would not stay at this location again for this one reason. -

VacavilleGreat front patio with private jacuzzi.
Left on 06/14/2012 for a stay in May 2012
A nice little house for families or multiple people to enjoy. We loved the front private patio, really liked this feature of the house. Think the price is a little high, but would probable be worth it if there were multiple people to split the price or combined families. We were a little disappointed the outdoor pool wasn't open during the week when we were there, but the indoor pool was sufficient.

Davis, CAGreat place to stay at Tahoe
Left on 02/02/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Great location. Great condition and very clean. Lots of space, with different common areas to relax (indoor and outdoor). We really enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfy, with room for 10 or 12 people. Rental agents were very kind and let us do earlier check in and later check out (since nobody had rented the house before and after us). A place we definitively stayed again in future.

Having never rented a house like this before, the experience was very easy and the rental agent very helpful. The house was in great shape and accurately represented by the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment as I like to cook on vacations. My minor complaint was that the frying pan was old and warped thus making it more difficult than necessary to make pancakes.

ChicagoGreat for Family Gatherings
Left on 08/25/2011 for a stay in July 2011
We have been coming to Tahoe for years and love it! This time we were in Tahoe for a family reunion and although we had never stayed in the keys, it seemed the perfect location for our purposes.
This house was conveniently located near beaches and shopping. It was spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed (except that there were no potholders).
There was a large green area behind the house that was great for the kids to play frisbee, tag, or just run. It was not on the water so we didn't have to worry about the small kids playing outside.
We really enjoyed the hot tub and the private courtyard. Very relaxing.
The beds (with the exception of the Queen bed in the "dorm room" - it had very squeaky springs ) were very comfortable.
I would definitely rent this unit again. -

Sunnyvale, CAVery nice and relaxing outing
Left on 02/17/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Our stay was very enjoyable. The place was more than big enough for us, our two children, and another family with one kid. Everything was clean -- fresh linens, towels, dishes, etc. Kids had toys to play with and we definitely enjoyed TV/DVD in the evenings. My only concern is that it was kind of expensive for 2 families with all the fees on top of the rental. Next time we will find another family to share the costs since the house is big enough.

Danville CAJacuzzi was slimy and nasty
Left on 02/03/2011 for a stay in January 2011
The house iteself was ok, personally I would not pay that much for a house like this. In the pictures it looked decent but way over valued. We choose this property mainly for the jacuzzi but it seemed like the Jacuzzi was not maintained since this summer. The water was cold and slimy. One of my kids jumped in before I got a chance to check it and I feel really bad for her. It was disgusting. The rest of the house was maintained pretty well and was clean.

The pump on the hot tub had gone bad. The owner has had the pump replaced. This is one of our more nicely furnished and decorated homes as shown by most of the other reviews. This guest was very overly critical of this home considering the property.

Visalia, CAPlenty of space
Left on 12/15/2010 for a stay in December 2010
The cabin is spacious & cute. The hot tub was roomy & perfect after a day of snowboarding. The beds are comfy. They had kitchen supplies for cooking, washer/dryer. Our only 2 complaints were: 1st: In the pictures it shows 2 fireplaces both looking beautiful with burning fires and even mentions they have connections to buy firewood. We loaded & brought with us enough firewood to burn for the weekend. When we get inside, there are signs that say no buring allowed!! 2nd: In the pictures is shows a full size fuse ball table set up in the game room and mentions another 'game table' Well there was a broken fuse ball table covered up out in the garage and also a miniature pool/air hockey game table in the closet. That was disappointing. Overall we had a good time and would prob go back.

LAAwesome Value
Left on 08/18/2010 for a stay in August 2010
We booked this property for a friends get-together for a weekend in august. After looking at various rental websites, we finally found this property. Overall, the house was a great value given that it had room for all of 8 of us to sleep comfortably. Although the furnishings are a little older, the overall cleanliness of the property was very good. The location is also great as it is a 3 minute drive to the Tahoe marina, where you can rent various powerboats and jetskis. Highly recommend this party.

Left on 07/29/2010 for a stay in July 2010
it was very hot that weekend and the house was not opened up which made it worse, I called your office to see where the fans were and the a/c. Only to be told I could go buy one and then would be reimarced. That was my only problem with the house. Otherwise it was nice, I will continue to use your services I would just ask for a newer house.

I was impressed with how well the house was stocked and it was set up very well for our family nedds. We had a great tavble to play games and a park as a back yard for outdoor games. It was defintely geared as very functional not fancy which worked well for house. We have stayed in the Tahoe Keys several times and the family voted this house one of the top overall. Thank You !!!

Huntington Beach, CAGreat cabin, but a couple of drawbacks
Left on 03/04/2010 for a stay in February 2010
Fantastic accomodations and we loved the hot tub. However, it would have been nice
to have two working fireplaces instead of just for decoration. Also, the foosebsll table
advertised was not put together and was a child's multi-game table. We were looking
forward to having a foosebsll tourniment and were very dissapointed. -
