Absolutely adorable new home built in 2002 with a hot tub, wireless internet, and is pet friendly with a fenced yard and a dog run. This wonderful home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large master suite with double vanity and jacuzzi bathtub, gas barbecue, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, and stereo surround sound! The location is also perfect, only 1 mile to Heavenly Ski Resort and glorious beaches, plus you will be only a 5 minute drive to 24 hour casinos. Wow! This home is perfect anytime of year!

We stayed 4 nights at this property and really enjoyed ourselves. The home is very well maintained and decorated, with all the ammenities you could need. The backyard has plenty of room with a hot tub that made for family fun during the day and relaxation at night. The house is in a good location on a quiet street. The bedrooms are pretty spaced out which gave extra privacy. We liked the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room.
I have 2 complaints not related to the house itself, but rather the service we received during our stay.
1)The property was not ready when we arrived at the 4pm check in time. We had to wait almost 2 extra hours to get the keys. After driving 4 hours and having 2 toddlers in the car, that was way too long to have to wait.
2)We used a company for baby supplies that was recommended to us by Lake Tahoe Accomodations. I believe it was called Babies Away or Babies to go.
I was able to make a reservation for a crib rental, etc. with the owner Stephanie with no problems. However, when we arrived (at 6pm after late check-in) our items were not there yet. The cell phone # for Stephanie now said it was no longer accepting in coming calls. Luckily I had her home ph#, so I called and left a message. An hour and a 1/2 later I still never heard back from her so I called again. This time she answered and acted as if she knew nothing about my reservation or the message that I already left. Then she tried telling me her computer crashed so she lost all her requests from customers. I explained that our credit card was already charged and we are expecting the items to be delivered. She told me it would be another hour and a 1/2 before she could get to us. That was unacceptable and needless to say she arrived in 30 mins. Magically she showed up with a hand written reservation request with my full name, credit card, address, etc. on it even though her computer supposedly crashed and lost the info. She told me I would get a mailed receipt..never did -

As a former tour operator from Florida I've taken a few thousand people skiing over the last 15 years. I found the company managing the property to be very easy to work with from start to finish. We had 6 adults on the trip and the house could have slept a few more without feeling small. The house included lots of cookware and things you would hope to find in your own house that you dont find in many rentals. Also the quality was great and the cost, per person, per night even with only 6 was still cheap by any measure. Aslo great location and it snowed about 3 feet while we were there.
