"Creekwood Lodge" is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. It is approximately 10 minutes from the nearest beach, the casinos at the state line and the California base lodge at Heavenly. It is walking distance to restaurants and a city/Heavenly shuttle bus stop. This luxury, 2,500 square foot home is beautifully furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably. There is a game room on the lower level with a pool table and wet bar. This house has A/C!

San diegoGreat Lay Out of Home but not properly Cleaned/Maintained

This is a Beautiful home with a perfect Lay out but it was not properly cleaned when we arrived. We had to go out and buy our own hand towels and trash bags because the property manager forgot to put them downstairs. The rugs were stained so was the carpets in the bedrooms, we had to replace light bulbs in the kitchen, the Tv remotes need new batteries they barely worked, in one if the bedrooms downstairs the boxspring was broken on one side which made it very uncomfortable, but the most alarming issue was we found Deodorizer or some type of rodent repellent scattered all underneath the Dinning room rug. It was disgusting! If the home would be properly maintained and cleaned between rentals it would be Great! I gave it an average because it has beautiful bathrooms and newer amenities and had nice decor but the condition of the home was the worst we have ever seen.

We have rented from Buckingham every year for the past 3 years. The rental homes we've stayed in are quaint and close to Heavenly and the Casinos. We enjoyed this home, however, the bed sheets were dirty, and the satellite in the master bedroom was not working. If every renter has to pay a $150 cleaning fee, I would suggest getting a better cleaning company. Other than that, Buckingham has always accomodated all of our needs !!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful custom built home right off Lake Tahoe Boulevard during the weekend of Fourth of July in 2011. We were able to walk to the beach to watch the city's most famous firework show over the lake. It was breathtaking! What an amazing firework display! And to top our vacation off, the home was soo welcoming we ate all our meals there and bonded as a family. Great memorable vacation! If only the home had an outdoor spa it would have be flawless!

Almost everything was great, the place is pretty nice and clean but if you want to rest on your vacations, this is not the place since the beds have a very low quality.

The house was so beautiful and spacious. My family got to experience a beautiful winter wonderland during our Thanksgiving holiday. We were all very happy with the house and location. I definitely recommend this house.
