The place is really spacious and perfect for a large group. The price is very reasonable if you have enough people to fill the rooms. It is fully stocked with board games, cards, margarita/wine glasses, and other fun things. Although the town is close keep in mind the house is on a steep hill. If you really squeeze you are able to sleep 10 but not full grown adults comfortably. The walls and floors are thin so if you are a light sleeper, prepare for some restless nights. The 2 masters (with ensuites) are downstairs in the basement. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor in a loft area. The one bedroom with 3 beds is missing a glass pane so you can everything downstairs. The futon (by the small pool table) is broken so I would not sleep on that. When we were there the grill would not work, there is a disconnect from the propane tank to the grill. I would have preferred to have someone to meet us there or check us out. The rental management is pretty hands-off.

I was really excited to stay at this cabin, the pictures show a really nice cabin with a nice pool table. When we first arrived I made a quick check of the place to make sure everything was okay, the first thing I saw was a broken couch in the game area, then we noticed the pool table was wobbly (we did not use it in fear of it breaking), I called the agency asap to report the situation unfortunately everyone was gone so I had to leave a message,(still have not heard back from them). The next morning we all got up early to take a shower and go to the snow, after the 3rd person in the shower the water was ice cold, urg... Other things wrong with this cabin was that they charge your so much for cleaning fees, we found unwashed dishes in the cabinets among other stuff not worth mentioning. The cabin is nice I just had issues with everything else I wrote above.

Our large family and extended family spent Christmas five days at this house before and during Christmas day. We actually arrived a day early because of storm warnings for the day day we had originally planned. The management was great. No problems whatsoever and they even gave us a discount for the early night. The house has been remodeled and has three floors. The lowest level has 2 master bedrooms which are very nice. Both with private baths. The heat, however, is on this level (and none on the 3rd level) so it was a challenge for everyone to be comfortable (only at night), and we did. The only other negative is that there is no bathroom on the 3rd level where 2 bedrooms and the loft are located. However, the view and location of this home is fabulous! Near town, beautiful view of the lake, pool and hot tub shared with other village homes. Not a big deal.

This would have been a 5 star experience if the advertized sauna had been working. I actually had narrowed my search for vacation homes to only ones that offered a sauna. So I was disappointed that the sauna did not work. The sauna is actually part of the ammenities provided for the group of homes, not by the individual home onwer and apparently did not have the power to insist it be repaired.
The house was lovely, had a view, appeared to have been recently refurbished, with a great kitchen. -

Really enjoyed staying at this house. The property management company was really helpful in finding me just what I was looking for. Something nice and roomy for a few couples, close to the casinos and very clean. I'm hoping to get to rent this place next time we visit tahoe and will defintely be renting from Pinnacle Lake Tahoe Getaways everytime.
