Clean, put together very nicely. Few board games and movies available. Hot tub light was broken, it was very dark on that side of the house. Other than that, would definitely rent again.

Everything in this home is old, and needs upgrade. If you dont mind that, its good value for money.

First of all, my party arrived way too early for check in. The person at the front desk told us we would probably have to wait. We ended up waiting about 5 minutes. Awesome.
The Cozy Codi was everything it was cracked up to be. Lots of room, warm, cozy, and not to mention that it had everything we needed! Pots, pans, sheets, blankets, board games, and a hot tub! Crazy awesome.
It was so close to everything too. It took us about 8 minutes to get to the casinos in Nevada. Super awesome.
All in all, if I would to rate it on a scale from 1-10, one being super poopy and ten being awesome it would get an 11. Everything is better when it's cracked up to 11. -

Folsom, CAIt's certainly cozy alright...

Cabin was in a good location- not to far from casinos, and close enough to enjoy some real local flare (Steamers was great!).
The cabin heater system is a little old school- it really only warmed up in the hallway and you had to leave the bedroom doors open in order to get any heat (and that was just in the middle of October!) There was plenty of room for sleeping 6 people in the three bedrooms, but that would have made for a bit of cramped quarters hanging out in the living room. Otherwise, we were happy that this location accepted dogs, so it worked out perfect! :0) -

Personally I would not choose this place again. The jacuzzi was barely functional and construction workers came to do work before we were ready to leave rushing us out.I was happy they allowed pets since we have a standard poodle.

San Jose, CAComfortable/Cozy But With Spiders
Left on 09/14/2011 for a stay in September 2011
All things great except two:
The front door lock was impossible to figure out and it was a consistent struggle to lock/unlock it. The lock and handle were very loose and seemed like they were about to break.
We woke up each night with new spider bites. Some of our group brought spare sheets and thus were able to escape the spiders. Some of us weren't so lucky. We found spiders in the showers and in our rooms during the days. -

For the price, this rental was perfect. The pictures online give you a really good idea of the space. Having the two full bathrooms and laundry rooms was essential for our group.
The hot tub was very nice, but I wish it were in a different location. It is smashed between the house and fence and can be seen clearly from the road.
I also wish we had found the games and extra chairs in the hall closet. Score!
They did a great job cleaning and the electric blankets on the bed would be great in winter. -

We stayed two nights and lots of fun. The house is very comfortable. It was great sitting in the hot tub with snow flurries.

My adult children and there children stayed at 1153 Lodi for a wonderful weekend. the little ones played out in the snow in the back yard it snowed all weekend. the house was clean and had everything we needed. the only down fall was the hot tub was down, however, Tahoe Connection came right out and tryed to fix it. they even offered to upgrade us to another house, and gave us a discount for our stay and on our next stay.

Left on 11/25/2010 for a stay in May 2010
A great place overall. I went there for my wife's birthday and had friends and family celebrating. Good parking. Location was sweet. The only thing is that there was another property that was a little bit cheaper and it had a hot tub also with a great view and horseshoe pit (my buddies stayed there). So after they found that one I thought this one should have been cheaper. I would definitely stay here again though.
