This is the perfect cabin for a pampered ski vacation with friends or family. Located just steps from the Heavenly ski lifts, the lovely five-bedroom home features an indoor sauna, private hot tub on the back deck, wet bar and dart board.
There's even a horseshoe pit for some competitive evenings. Another option is enjoying the beautiful view of the Heavenly ski slopes from the front deck. Up to 12 people can sleep comfortably in this house. In the morning, wash up in one of the two and a half available bathrooms.

Rented another cabin and wasn't told until 5 minutes before leaving for tahoe that there was a mistake and the cabin we had paid for a week earlier had been rented. We were given this cabin as an alternative and not having much choice with limited time we took it. When we arrived the cabin had just been clean for us or so we were told. Couldnt use the sauna because of the tremendous amount of spiders and cob webs, the cabin smelled musty and dank had to open all the windows to air out and use air freshener, cracked window in down stairs bathroom, shower valve in upstairs bathroom is defective and not working, small 20 - 25" tv with no reception. Overall a real disappointment for 400/night. I could have rented a much better place for the price. Would be an awesome place to stay if owners put a little money into renovations it obviously has not been updated or redecorated since the early 80's or late 70's.

The house is in a great location if you like Skiing in heavenly. Walkable to the California lodge parking lot and gondola.
It is just 5 mins drive to the stateline where all the casinos are located and where you can access the main heavenly gondola.
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and and additional bunk room where two of our kids slept. Downstairs is spacious with a comfortable living area and adequate kitchen. The little bar area is nice but quite impractical if you are a bunch of families staying in the house.
There is a hot tub in the patio downstairs though we didn't get to use it.
Pros:
1. Spacious house, clean and in a great location.
2. Two car garage is convenient to park the cars if it were snowing outside.
Cons:
1. The shower control in one of the bathrooms was broken and was shooting either ice cold water or piping hot water.. was very hard to pin it down to a comfortable temperature. Hope they fix it soon.
2. The kitchen has a little wooden ledge which sticks out way too far and has sharp edges and is a hazard for little kids running around. I wish they could just trim it back by a foot or two where it'd still be useful and not in the way.
Bottomline, the agency is quite friendly and the price is great, so I'd definitely stay with them again! -

The best thing about this cabin is that it is walking distance to the ski lift. If you wake up late, you just walk up to meet your friends and if you get tired early, you just board your way down to the cabin and hit the hot tub. Definitely the best location you can get.
We had a BBQ on the patio, enjoyed the snowfall as we chilled in the hot tub, and had a blast. The TV is tiny so don't plan on watching any TV and bring your own ipod/speakers etc for music. This is good because it forces you to socialize with your friends :)
The Garage has a lot of space to park cars and leave the boards in. Plenty of bathrooms and space. Good for big groups that want to do a variety of different activities. Not everyone hit the slopes so it was nice to be close to cabin to minimize travel time. We even made time for the casinos!
