Our stay at the cabin was amazing. The associates at the rental office were the nicest people and they helped us navigate our way around town. The cabin was peaceful and exactly what we hoped. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of nearby stores and diversions.

Great service and help during booking. When we arrived at the house there was a light out and one of the pool balls was missing. Someone came right over with a light bulb and the missing ball. The home had plenty of bedrooms and couches with extra pillows and blankets. The recreation room was perfect for some fun. Could play music over the speakers and enjoy the pool table, foosball table, and dart board. The dining room table was also perfect for card games or a nice dinner. Plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There was also dish soap and new sponge, hand soap/body wash/shampoo in the bathrooms, and extra toliet paper. The house was in a quiet location and was very relaxing. When we walked our dogs, the neighbors all seemed really nice.

SomersetFun and Quiet Home
Left on 08/16/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The home had a lot of great things about it and some things needed improving. The game room was terrific as were the king and bunk beds and 2 queen beds. It's a nice quiet neighborhood with the coyotes howling at night lots of ambience. the back yard was perfect for the dogs, like having their own dog park. ther house was super clean and the hot tub was very nice. Also, lots of clean towels were on hand. The disappointing things were, the Bar-B-Que, (inadequate for anything more than hot dogs). The blender didn't work and the stove top wasn't very good. Also, the sofa, queen bed in the game room was not comfy as the mattress was 2" thick. I would suggest putting the foos ball game where the pull out sofa is and put a bed where the foos ball table is now. The sofa bed could be put on the corner there with a "free" sign on it. The large TV sofa was the best sofa ever.

SacramentoPerfectly cozy house for a nearly perfect weekend.
Left on 07/12/2012 for a stay in July 2012
The weekend started off right with great weather. The house was in great condition. We liked that there was 4 bunk beds for our 4 kids. The king size bed was definitely the most comfortable mattress in the house...although the tv in the room could have been elevated so that watching it would have been easier. I didn't receive any complaints about the 2 queen beds either from my family and friends but the fold out queen sofa bed had some issues starting with the jacked up bed frame. My brother-in-law also woke up with a kink in his neck but we understand too that sofa mattresses aren't usually going to be the most comfortablest. Even lounging on the couches was very relaxing and comfortable. The game room was a throw in bonus for us...and the jacuzzi was clean and superbly kept! We would definitely like to come back here for another family vacation.

Describe the service you received: The staff at CB was absolutely fantastic. The sink needed repairing. We notified CB Friday night. Saturday morning someone came out to fix it. Good customer service.
Tell us how you liked the home: The home was clean, and had plenty of supplies to accomodate all the guests. Overall, a fantastic spot!!! Loved the spa. Improvements: the blow up air matress in the downstairs entry closet has a slow leak. It should be fixed or replaced. Also we had a guest slip and fall all the way down the stairs. They are short and a little steep. I know this may be pricy to fix but would be a wonderful safety upgrade. Also, the kitchen fan between the burners is crazy loud. Maybe an upgrade???
Talk about the location and amenitites: plenty of beds, space to chill. Loved the cable, ipod player downstairs, heater worked great, loved that spa. Great location al well. 1 mile from heavenly is hard to beat.
