A good Family sized home with gorgeous sit down views of Lake Tahoe. Views from main living area, dining area and Master areas. Well suited for a large gatherings. Kitchen is well equipped, great dining area, master bedroom, bathroom and sitting area is exquisite. Garage accessability was a bonus. Rental Company should make renters aware of downstairs configuration. A few maintenance issues-the worst being a couch in the main living area that needs replacement because you sit in holes on both ends and a refrigerator seal that needed attention. Other maintenance items would not affect you choosing this spacious home.
