The service is great. I came to Tahoe a little early then expected, and sure
enough I went into the office, and they gave me the key earlier then what was
in the contract. That's just the tip of the ice berg. The home that I had booked
for was just amazing. Layout, rooms, furniture, and many more were all great.
And to boot the supermarket was so close by. Only a few minutes away.
Literally. There are so many pros I can list, but that would just make this
review boring, so I'll leave it to the pictures. What you see is what you get and
more. Cons? There are no cons in my book for the experiences and memories I
made staying here. Will be booking with these fellas again next season. -

We enjoyed our stay and your service was outstanding. When my wife was locked out while the rest of us were snowmobiling you got her into the house so she didn't have to sit outside for two hours.

The company representative who worked with us did everything she could to make sure that our vacation was everything we hoped it would be. She gave us information, answered questions and offered suggestions. The home was clean, well equiped -- even more perfect than we anticipated! We even had need of a baby sitter. When we called her, she even solved that problem by giving us a reference to call. Our family loved the accommodations. The enclosed yard and play area were great for our young children. If you are looking for negative comments from us, you are out of luck, because we have none. Our vacation was even better than we anticipated.

Overall, the house was beautiful, spacious and mostly clean. There were gifts, candy, coffee bar etc, which was a nice surprise. I can give you some other feedback which you might find useful for your future guests, as these items did affect our enjoyment of the house:
1. I had asked about the bed sizes before agreeing to rent the house. Brad said the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the other 3 rooms have queens. It turns out that 2 of the rooms have double beds. One of our three families had a very uncomfortable stay on that double bed. They are average height and build and still found the bed to be too small for them. If we had known the sizes of the beds before-hand, we might have still rented, but at least we would not have been surprised and felt duped. This info should be included in the house info page.
2. The area rug in the family room had a piece of glass in it, and many popcorn kernels. Since we all have small children, it was a safety concern. We thought about rolling it up and putting it away, but found that it was extremely dirty underneath the rug.
3. The telephone rang often, which eventually became an annoyance. Having phones which the ringer can be turned off would be a good choice.
4. The pillows in all the rooms were not comfortable - very flat. A few of us had neck aches during our stay.
5. The rice cooker did not work - it would not turn on.

Lots of room. The kitchen was well equipped which was very important for our Thanksgiving feast. Location was close to everything in South Lake Tahoe.

Not only was this a very cozy home with many great amenities we cant wait to be back next year. I have booked through Lake Tahoe Accomidations before and with little surprise they were very accomidating once again to say the least.

I loved the space of this home, but there were some issues that arose. The blind in one of the rooms was not installed correctly and it fell on my sister as she was raising it. She had a large lump in the middle of her head for about 4 days. The cubboard downstairs was off it's hinge and a few other minor issues. I loved the space, but felt some sort of compansation should be rendered for the faulty blind.

This house was a great place to stay if you have kids - there is a playset in back and has plenty of room. The jacuzzi was a definite plus! Driving to the lake was easy from here.
