Thanks for the opportunity to give some feedback. We had a 9 day rental in
this home.
On the whole, I very much liked the home, and was satisfied with the
experience and condition of the rental. The home was very comfortable,
had multiple common areas, very sufficient bedding and a well supplied
kitchen.
I have been organizing a trip to ski for 13 years. This year was only the
second time in 13 years that we did not recieve a mid-stay visit from
housekeeping. Usually they will come after the 5th day or so and be sure
that the house is well stocked on toilet paper and such. I just found it
strange that this service was not provided. Perhaps it is the current
economy, perhaps your company has never done this (my rentals have been
at resorts all over the western usa, and this was the first time renting from
y'all).
It is not a dealbreaker, or anything, just a service that has consistently been
provided and I noted its absence.
Also, the home did not provide internet access. There are several
members of our group that need to keep in touch... and this absence was
also noted. One guy even commented that not having internet access is like
not having running water. Yes, that is some serious hyperbole.
I imagine that providing internet may be beyond the scope your abilities as
a rental company. I do not recall checking the rental description to see if it
mentioned WiFi availability. This was my error to presume that it would be
available.
Thank you for the opportunity for feedback. I tried not to put a screen
name, b/c it is not my intention for this to be posted online for others to
read, but only to provide this for the rental agency and the owner if deemed
appropriate.
