We recently stayed in overlook lodge for a ski trip. The house was gorgeous and accommodating. The only downside was the tight squeeze sleeping 18 adults, but we did all have a place to sleep. The location was perfect with a two minute walk from the bus stop, half a mile from heavenly slopes and a couple miles from Stateline. We were able to fit four rental cars in the garage/driveway but nothing more. We enjoying using the pool table, hot tub, grill and many of the other amenities available. I would recommend coming in February or March to ski due to the lack of snow in april. I appreciate the owner renting out their beautiful home and would stay here again.

This property was amazing! It was very spacious for a large group and well kept. We appreciate all the accommodating details such as plentiful cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. The location was fabulous! The only unsatisfactory detail was the hot tub. It was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. All in all, my guests said it was the best Tahoe cabin they've ever stayed in. Thank you for the great weekend!

The home was just as lovely as the pictures had shown. The views from the large windows looked out on the beautiful lake and snow covered mountains. The house had all of the amenities that we were looking for. It was a little bit challenging to figure out the tv system as well as the wireless internet. It would be helpful for the homeowner to leave instructions specific to the home. Buckingham provided great tips for the local area. We were completely satisfied with the experience! We also appreciated the extra effort that was made by the rental office to make our holiday special, as they let us ship a large box of gifts. It was nice to not have to pack those. We also were appreciative of their efforts to help us with the wifi problem It was resolved and all was fine. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our group included four generations ages 1 through 80 and we all had a ball. The layout of the home affords lots of privacy for down time and plenty of communal space for hanging out. The location is a quick five minute drive to the lake and the casinos . What more could you ask for? Already planning for next year.

Everything about the house were exact to details. The view from the deck was spectacular. All ameneties made the stay that much better. Jami and the team at Buckingham properties were absolutely professional and responsive. We enjoy it so much, we are planning to make this an annual trip.

We had a group of 9 guys in from Texas who all thought the house was amazing. We had plenty of room to grill steaks, watch the Ncaa basketball tourn., and sleep. The house was beautiful from top to bottom. Some of us enjoyed the cozy hot tub outdoors. All of the kitchen appliances made it easy to prepare a big dinner or breakfast. The house is located very close to everything. We took cabs and it was very cheap to get to the bars, casinos or skiing. If the group is big enough we will definitely rent this house again.

Great spot, beautiful views, huge rooms, excellent amenities, etc. A few glitches - hot tub couldn't get hot, front door doesn't lock, master bedroom has no shades for am sun
