Custom built in 2009, Elegant Mountain Theme home …This 4,500 sqft home rests on ½ acre of flat land – the backyard is its own private wonderland. One of the owners and builder, a detailed craftsman, set out to craft a home that would go on the market at 1.4 M the home is beautiful but the market not so….now they are providing an amazing experience for the vacationers who desire excellence & elegance. One visitor called it the Taj Mahal and all that have visited have wanted to come back again…

Entry is level in with radiant heated tile floors as well as a radiant heated driveway and six car garage (with interior access). T...he first floor is expansive: A living room area has a leather love seat and couch with gas fireplace and 36’ flat screen television, continue to a formal dining area with large formal dining table that seats 8 easily with room for more, across from the dining area is a granite countertop(with bar stools) full bar with a mini refrigerator and wine cooler, as you continue… yes the same floor… is the kitchen with granite counter tops(with bar stools) , stainless steel appliances, washing machine, 2 sinks in kitchen, pantry with utensils (pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot & waffle machine etc…) , a kitchen nook and table with a half bath and washer and dryer off to the side-No walls of separation(except for the bathroom ) one large living, entertaining space. There is a sliding door next to the kitchen nook that opens up to the massive backyard…

The second floor has radiant heated wood floors though out with vaulted nutty pine ceilings sky lights another expansive entertaining/living area which includes a living area with stone mantle gas fireplace with 2 leather arm chairs and a chest board table so bring your pieces on the other side of the room a flat screen television with a couch(pull out bed) and loveseat, there is a blackjack table in the game room with another wet bar built in, then in the hall there is a granite desktop for internet use or study.

There are 4 bedrooms – the first is the Blue room- it has 2 full size beds and a full bathroom with shower over the tub and a double sink with stone countertops ( it is shared and has a door to the upstairs area as well.) The second room is the Brown master suite with a queen size bed, an arm ware that holds a flat screen television a sliding door off to the back deck and a master bath with white marble countertops a double sink and stone floors with a shower separate from the Jacuzzi tub- with vaulted ceilings. The third bedroom: the Golden master suite with a queen size bed and its master bath with skylight white marble countertops with a double sink separate shower with Jacuzzi tub. Then the last bedroom the 4th is another Gold room with 2 full size beds and a master bathroom – the grey bath with slate tile…also has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

It’s almost too much to explain it’s something you have to experience, there is more than enough room to breathe, to create, to rest, to celebrate, to entertain, to contemplate…Located close to everything-slopes, beach, shopping, casinos and yet your own private retreat…

We had one vacationer call it the Taj Mahal, almost all of our vacationers say - it was soo much larger and nicer then the pictures that it just didnt do it justice - not sure how to describe the expansive space that you will enter into or the amazing detail to the building that the builder/owner put into it - - I guess we will have to leave that experience to you...Read more
